These guys don't honor their warranties (Ryan and Kirk). I highly recommend you shop or have ANY turbocharger work done elsewhere. I called and messaged before my warranty was up and they told me just do this, just do that. I did and the issue was still a problem. After calling Precision Turbo (manufacturer) directly and speaking with tech support I was told that doing what I was advised by Boost Lab would cause problems and that it most likely made things worst. They had me send in my turbo. BoostLab Inc. called me back and the guy was trying to bully me by not letting me speak at all. Every time I tried to speak he very rudely would cut me off until finally I spoke over him and called him out on it. Their president was also denying any issues on their end and straight up said they won't do anything for me regardless if I called when my warranty was still valid (said it has to be in their hands before warranty is up which is a LIE). They are VERY RUDE, it took them a little over 2 months after purchase to get my turbo sent out and the warranty started at date of purchase. My tuner kept asking me if I was sure the turbo was new because we were having issues with it from day 1. Took it to a shop, they also said it was the turbo. BoostLab again denied all responsibility and said they won't do anything. I will never buy or recommend these rude cocky arrogant sellers, I don't care how sure they are that the issue wasnt caused by them, they treated me like crude at every correspondence and I paid for a NEW item but received an item with issues.
