THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY. They sent their product to our business without authorization and invoiced us for the product which we did not order. Then proceeded to call multiple times about paying the invoice. When I told them the product was not ordered by our company, they sent a shipping label to return the product. Now they are calling again stating they did not receive the product return. This company needs to be reported, after reading several ****** reviews they are doing this to multiple companies just hoping they will pay any invoice that comes across the ** desk.Business response

This is unfortunate that ************ feels this way, as we've done everything we can to resolve this matter, including sending a label to pick the merchandise up. Please keep in mind, we sent the label in June for pickup, but they have haven't sent the merchandise back.
This order was originally placed in January 2023. All of our orders are verified with the buyer and warehouse manager. Meaning, after the initial order is placed, our warehouse manager calls the buyer to confirm that he/she would like to proceed with the order. This was approved by the buyer and merchandise was sent out. The customer is able to return the merchandise within 10 days of receipt, no hassle. All of our invoices are Net 30, meaning that the invoice isn't due until 30 days after receipt of merchandise. With that being said, the buyer had time to contact us and let us know that they didn't want the merchandise. We would have worked with them to either get the merchandise back or to work out a discount if needed.
We send our first friendly reminder 45 days after the invoice has been generated. We do this in case the ** hasn't received the invoice or if there are any discrepancies, we are able to figure out a solution to whatever the problem is. With this particular customer, the invoice was due in Feb 23. We reached out in March, April, May, and finally in June, when we were finally able to speak to a live human at their facility, we agreed that we would send a label to have the merchandise picked up via *****.
Now it's August, we've been tracking the tracking number of the ***** label and there has been no attempt of them returning the merchandise. We are attempting to rectify this to her satisfaction.
