              THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY. They sent their product to our business without authorization and invoiced us for the product which we did not order. Then proceeded to call multiple times about paying the invoice. When I told them the product was not ordered by our company, they sent a shipping label to return the product. Now they are calling again stating they did not receive the product return. This company needs to be reported, after reading several ****** reviews they are doing this to multiple companies just hoping they will pay any invoice that comes across the ** desk.

              Horrible customer service & absolute scam. The company calls the business acting as a current vendor with past orders. Of course, we needed light bulbs (cause who doesn't) so my warehouse guy said yes. They then invoiced us for 25 light bulbs at $17.99 a piece plus $111.41 in shipping totaling $561.16. The cost for the same item with actually 30 bulbs per case from other vendors would have been $157.50. Our warehouse had already installed them before we received the invoice a week later so we have no recourse! NEVER AGAIN and all of my staff has been advised to NEVER purchase from this company!

              Good afternoon - 

              First and foremost, we apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience this caused. This reply will be brief as we have already resolved this issue with the buyer.  These are industrial grade light bulbs that cannot be purchased through local home stores nor online websites. These light bulbs are specifically made for commercial use and will not require constant changing as those bought from home supply stores/websites. 

              We spoke to the buyer yesterday and we were able to reach a desired outcome for him.

              As mentioned before, this issue has already been resolved with the buyer and we have already placed this company on our "do not call" list.

              We hope that this fully resolves the matter and we wish them a very prosperous 2024.
