Hello,
Thank your for your review. Prior to starting your lawn service, photos were taken of the condition of your lawn. Your lawn was in extremely poor condition from the lack of care the lawn needs. As communicated to you we recommended the irrigation system needs to be serviced and fertilization and pest control applications were needed. Neither of these items were acknowledged when communicated to you. We understand that you hired ** to mow your lawn not service the irrigation or provide fertilization and pest control treatments, just mowing the lawn will not fix your issues in the lawn as you thought they would. We provided recommendations. First communication with our company was December 19th to start services, you did not pay the bill that was emailed to you and services never started, you again communicated to us January 7th to start services and yet again a bill was provided and no payment was made and services again never started, then February 19th you again asked if you could start services and an emailed invoice was provided that was never paid and no services were provided. Finally on April 19th you requested to start service on May 1st, your payment was received on May 1st and service started. All trucks are equipped with GPS and we show the crew serviced your home. You were untruthful stating that we did not mow your lawn, our GPS shows the crew at your home and then in the next email you said your wife saw them servicing your home, all of your emails contradicted themselves. We did service your home and there are photos to show the lawn was serviced on each visit. Our office manager was nothing put polite and professional in her email responses to you, please see below:

We have been in business for over 16 years and our crew members have been with us for many of those years, please allow the crew to do their job. I have photos of the crew servicing your home as I requested from them due to the prior emails, the photos show the tire marks from the mower throughout the lawn. I did speak to the crew leader and he confirmed the lawn was mowed as well as edged and blown of debris.
You do have a bigger issue with your lawn as it is in poor condition and needs attention. Recommendations would be to complete an irrigation check, photos of the lawn look like sprinkler heads are either not working or spraying appropriately and then to start fertilization and pest control treatments for the lawn to see if the lawn will come back from the current poor condition, this is a slow process and if fertilization and pest control treatments do not work resodding the lawn would be the next step. Please let me know if you would like quotes on these services.

Yes, thank you. I don't see that the lawn is overgrown, it looks like it is coming up on a week of growth. The unevenness of the lawn looks like that is from areas that are not growing. But I did check with the crew leader again and he said it was completed per their schedule and then they will be there again on Friday.

We understanding renting a home and not understanding the care of the lawn, we communicated recommendations. The lawn had been neglected in December and until our services started May 1st. We wish you luck on getting the lawn back to health, but mowing the lawn is not going to get the lawn corrected due to the lack of care from the tenant.
