            ********** contracted with this company to do an install of 14 bi fold closet doors. I paid **********. ***** damaged the doors, tracks and has not competed the job. I had to manage their employees after they would not tell ***** did not want him back as he caused the damage in the first place. He installed doors upside down, had to remove and reinstall doors causing damage to the tracks. I had to tell him myself as they would not. They sent *****, he too could not complete the job. This job remains open as they are not able to complete the install. The doors I ordered are the exact same size as the doors that were removed. The openings are the exact same size in all 60 condominiums. They are a joke! Do not use this company, they don't know what they are doing. I am left with damaged doors, tracks and a job half finished after spending over $4000 on this project. They don't respond to ********** according to ***, **** and ********** the COS's at the Largo **********. ********** should sever ties with this company immediately.

            J and g carpentry started kitchen remodel in April of 2023 and is still not done. How can they have an A rating!

            this is a false claim, the customers condo did major plumbing work with no permit or inspections, the job would have been complete but now we have to take care of it and fix the customers building error, before getting all the final inspections.

            This repair could have been done sooner, but the customer has had people in and out of there the past two months.

             

            Also in regards to the customers review below, the customers building did an illegal repair in a fire wall with no permits no nothing. This customer does has a full functional kitchen but J&G now needs to open the wall to finish because we are the last contractor with a permit to complete.

            the customer was hardly ever there and the bldg ******* for them for their property was supposed to be there for inspections, and he missed a few inspections which causes delay in project.
