Hi, my name is ***** ********. I had a bad experience with Mr. ******* of Carlton Roofing. We started out find when he came by and gave me an estimate to replace my roof. After reviewing my roof, he quoted to me $8500. So, I checked around with other roofers which was in the same ball park figure give a little or take a little. When he came to remove the roof, he tells me that it was going to be an addition of $1500.00 more because he didn’t know that I had tar on the top. He said, “I assumed that your roof was like your neighbors”. I just told him that how can you assume something like this. So, I didn’t pay the different because it was his mistake. So, he proceeded with the job. To be honest with you, I don’t know what that man did. I’m trusting the inspector from the city of WPB. My issue is my gutter was removed and thrown away. He promised to replace it and has not as of this day. When I first mentioned it to him last year after the work in August 2022, he sent a guy to my home name **** to replace it and I have not seen him. Mr. ******* owes me a replacement at his expense. I called **** and he said that he was waiting on Carlton. I’ve sent him several texts which has been to no avail. Please advise. This situation is causing damage to my neighbor’s fence. Thank you.

Upon seeing your review, I found out that **** from 911 Gutters is no longer in business and did not replace your crystalized gutter with a quality replacement as requested. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Ive informed you yesterday that Tino from Complete Gutters will contact you to install a quality gutter in that area.

Our company is known to be Honest, Thorough and Knowledgeable in all of our interactions with our customers. In reference to your complaint about the $1,500 change order. We could not see that your deck was made of concrete (vs plywood) until we opened your roof. We promptly notified you and submitted the revision of your permit. The *********************** passed all inspections.
