      My wife and I purchased a replacement window set from *** on March 4. The only thing they are good at, in my opinion, is salesmanship. The product quality is not what they advertise and the customer service is horrible. When we placed our order we were told how the composite frame was "indestructible." However, when the wind showed up for installation nearly three months later, the frame of the window was cracked. So much for indestructible. A new window was then ordered to replace this cracked one.I received a call from *** to schedule the installation of the replacement window and to remove the window with the cracked frame; this installation was to occur on July 15. My wife and I were in ** on July 15 so we had to hire a person to meet the *** installers. The installers never showed; instead, we were told that *** had ordered the wrong replacement window! So, not only did *** mess up again, but in addition we had to incur the cost to pay a person to be present for the installation, which turned out to be a waste of money.Supposedly yet another replacement frame/window was ordered but we cannot get any confirmation or estimated delivery date. For all we know, *** has decided to let us be stuck with the cracked frame. We are now six months into this and completely in the dark. I emailed the salesman about this but he will not respond. I have called to get the email address of the president of the *** division of Andersen Windows (*********************), but no one will give it to me. I have reached out to get the email address of the *** (***********************) of *** of Florida, but again, the employees act as a buffer and refuse to let me contact him.So we are left with a broken frame and cannot communicate with anyone, because (a) our salesman, who was so happy to take the initial order, won't respond, and (b) the leadership of the companies will no let me correspond.I was going to buy a set of replacement windows in another bedroom, but no longer

      Cracked Frame: We are aware of the cracked frame issue and understand how disappointing this must be. We have expedited the replacement order for your window and expect it to ship on August 9th. The replacement will be in our warehouse by August 14th.
      Communication Issues: We acknowledge that communication has been lacking, and we are addressing this internally. I have personally reached out to our leadership team to ensure that your concerns are being addressed and to improve our responsiveness. The leader of our ************ location, *****, will continue to communicate with you regarding your reorder.
