This business is run by John the owner. We hired John originally back in 2023. He did some work for us and was very nice, liable for his work and attentive. He even came back to move a sprinkler head, and change out one of the plants he planted because it wasn't healthy. It is why we hired him this year. But this was a total different experience with John and his business. We were charged over $3500 for our work outback. Plants, rock, black rubber edging, fruit trees, sprinkler head, and drip lines. Installation on the edging lines are off, they go up and down as well for the rock area. The drip lines are not all working, maybe 50% of lines installed. Now 2 plants plus the black rubber edging especially around the fruit trees are separating. Contacted John about the issues several times, he says he can not guarantee the plants nor can his distributor guarantee the plants. He suggested I get a professional pest control company to determine what's go on, over watering, not enough watering, fungus, and or pest. All the other plants mind you have no problems that are in the same area. He more so is just passing this problem on to someone else. This is and has been very poor business practices and I have been giving him so much business by passing his name (business) to others. Not any more! Do Not Do Business with this Landscaper!
