JUST WIPE AND GO.The response from the owner is indicative of the poor business that he is running and continues to blame his shortcomings on the customers whom he sorely hates. Never did he ever want to make the situation right, and keep a customer. Just that it was all my fault, and he had no responsibility whatsoever to a paying customer.Feel free to read the other bad reviews, which also highlight the poor work being performed at this location. And the owner blames the customer for his faults as a business owner.As I feel he is vindictive as an owner. I have placed his response here below mine. No doubt he will change it. As he tells me: Its obvious some people are just not satisfied no matter how good a job. Sometimes we have clients like yourself who would be better off cleaning their own vehicle. We hope you find what your looking for.It's obvious telling a paying customer to go kick rocks and admitting no fault of your own is your MO. Owners like yourself would be better off properly cleaning the cars, and taking care of the issues that clearly do arise. Just say you are sorry, and resolve the problem professionally.As this owner is so quick to tell his customers to go kick rocks, Im adding his poor response below, as I feel there is no doubt he would remove the horrendous way he talks to a customer at a later time.From the owner: ******, so sorry to hear you havent had a good service at our hand wash facilities. We have an incredible staff who do work hard to do an awesome job on our clients vehicles. This of course is our 26th year and two locations and literally thousands of clients who speak highly and love our service. So it may be a stretch to say wipe and go. Its obvious some people are just not satisfied no matter how good a job. Sometimes we have clients like yourself who would be better off cleaning their own vehicle.
