            Cinch stinks it says I borrowed over $14,000 but I only borrowed $10,000 spoke to two different people and they had not answer one said I bought a car for $29,000 but I did not the car was $18,000 and $22,000 with fees and taxes the dealership said there was no penalty for pay in full but I am not paying $14,000 since I only borrowed $10,000 I am going to the dealership tomorrow I am in ***************** and try to get rid of this stupid cinch loan I told the dealership I wanted ***** fargo and he never tried them I went to the bank and they said they would give me the same interest as cinch but the dealership has to do the auto loan I-95 ****** I could not bet an answer from cinch for why it says $4,000 over what I actually borrowed this is a scam place I am thinking of calling the consumer reporter on channel 5 **** to report the dealership and cinch if that is what I have to do

            We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the level of service provided by Cinch or your dealer. Please be assured that Cinch Auto Finance is not a scam as stated in your review. Our notes indicate that we spoke to you on two occasions to explain the contract, which was signed by you and provided to you at the time of purchase. If you require another copy of your contract, please call us, and we will provide it to you. To confirm, the amount financed includes the cash price of the vehicle plus sales tax, document fees, filing fees, service contract (which is optional) plus the finance charge (which is the cost to borrow) minus your down payment. According to your contract, the amount financed is $13,952.07. There is no penalty to pay your loan off early. If you have questions regarding the charges or the optional service contract, please contact the dealer and if they are unable to help, please reach out to Cinch as we value our dealer partnerships and may be able to help. Thank you.
