I purchased a ** Profile from Home Depot in March of 2024. 5 Days after it arrived at my home, it broke down. I called to get a refund and return it, they refused, saying I only had 3 days to return! I have been having nothing but problems with this unit ever since. ** has sent service out to repair. I am on my 4th time of this unit breaking down on me. ** refuses to replace and or refund my money. On a almost $******* buy, you would think that a customer would have more then 3 days to return an appliance that is faulty. Now I have to deal with *** which isn't pleasant. Both companies do not care about the consumer. I feel robbed and raped of my ******* from both companies. I have been unable to use this unit for almost 3 weeks now. waiting on more parts to throw in it for it to break down again and again and again.This is a disgrace!!!!Review from Carisa M

I went to HD last week to purchase a Black Friday 6ft Nutcracker $99, that other consumers across the **** have been buying this month at their local HD store, and posting on a *************** These nutcrackers are hard to get, so I was super excited! I was told it would be in stock at our store yesterday. Went back today to order a new dishwasher, and see if the nutcrackers had come in. An associate pulled up the ************** again and said they had a pallet of them in the back. She went to the back to get it, but the manager refused to let her sell it, claiming our store would offer this nutcracker on Black Friday only. To which I said but other stores started selling them last week, only to be told again that this nutcracker will be for sale in our store only at 6am on Black Friday. Apparently, HD allows certain stores to sell BLACK FRIDAY DOORBUSTERS 2-3 weeks prior to Black Friday, while other stores cannot sell same items until Black Friday. This is a very unfair and biased policy, as it prevents certain consumers from purchasing items that have been available in many other stores for weeks! I did call HD to question this policy and was put on hold for 30 minutes before being transferred to my local store, who were of course, no help. Oh, and I DID NOT AND WILL NOT be ordering my new dishwasher from HD.Review from Jenny Loan N

Dear *********** hope this letter finds you well. My spouse, and I have been loyal Home Depot customers for many years, but I am deeply disheartened to write to you regarding the appalling experience we have had with both the purchase and delivery of a new stackable washer and dryer from Home Depot. Unfortunately, this experience has caused such significant frustration that I feel compelled to share our story with both the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau.1st Attempt: The appliance arrived damageddented, missing a leg, and without a load-bearing support.2nd Attempt: The delivery team claimed they were unable to reach me by phone, despite my having confirmed the delivery both 12 hours in advance and again the morning of the scheduled delivery. I did not receive a proper four-hour window, making it difficult to plan for the delivery.3rd Attempt: The appliance arrived once again damaged, this time leaking water when the box was opened.4th Attempt: Home Depot failed to load the appliance onto the delivery truck, causing yet another rescheduling.Although the staff at our local Home Depot store tried their best to resolve the issues, their efforts were ultimately insufficient, and I found myself reaching out to the corporate office. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was neither empathetic nor helpful. The lack of concern and nonchalant response to my situation was disheartening. No offer for compensation or a solution was presented, further compounding the frustration caused by this ordeal.I hope that by sharing this experience, others will be made aware of the challenges Home Depot customers may face and that the company will take immediate action to improve its customer ********************** and delivery processes.I trust that the corporate office and the BBB will look into this matter to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an experience in the future.Review from Richard D

My microwave crapped out at home so I went to the local Home Depot to get a new one. My needs are simple so I got the small magic chef model. I noticed some of the boxes had big tears or dents in them so I looked for one that looked crisp - new. I get the unit home open it up takeoff the packaging in the first thing I noticed is the top of the unit is all scratched up like it had been somewhere where people had been putting things on top of it. Then I look at the front and the clear plastic they put over the control panel is worn on some of the numbers like its been used a whole bunch. What **** this company has to sell used merchandise as new. Fortunately it seems to work, but this is unacceptable. I called to see about getting some sort of discount and of course they said they cant do anything unless I bring the unit back.The Home Depot Response

I wish I could give HomeDepot zero stars! What terrible service! The only thing they did right was take my payment, but delivery and customer ********************** they failed miserably at. They arrived with a partial order. When the delivery team called in to talk about that issue, we were hung up on by a rude 'customer **********************' agent. Still I called in myself and wasted an hour with a liar who begged me to keep the order, promised to contact ** about my washer and dryer, and that he would contact me first thing on Monday 11/11. After receiving no call about the order on 11/11, I called in at 10pm to be told, oh, we cancelled the order because you refused it. I am flabbergasted! Mind you, this cancellation was not made known to me via email, text, phone call or otherwise. Then this agent tries to convince me to replace the order. LOL Like I'd really buy anything at HomeDepot ever again. Disgusting and disappointing. Truly horrible and horrific!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT HOME DEPOT. THEY SUCK!The Home Depot Response

I went to home depot to to buy a refridgerator and stove, (now me and all my neighbor are all friends, and we help each other all the time for home repairs and remodel,and we been shoping at home depot forever, and out of all of us we spend lot of money each year,) so home depot has a ( buy more, save more promotion,) where buy 2 appliciance your get 200 and 3 get $500, 4 get $1000.00 and say on sign "No ******" well my wife discover on line that lowes, appliances was cheaper, so i ask to do a price match, they check and did the the price matchll, but then turn around and say since there a price match done i get no promotion"buy more save more" i read though the website( buy more save more) and also read all the fine print, and it never said any restriction on mark down and promotion, if the sign say no ******, it should mean No ******, instaed the the sign should say, (No ****** with restriction), and when i ask the associate, to at least ask her manager, she got annoyed and said no( which was a major ******) and only ending buying the refridgator (no stove), all im asking is for home depot to keep there words though there sign,(No ******) that all. But i will tell all my neighbor about this and they can decide how they feel shopping at home depot,The Home Depot Response

Ordered a window from ****************, received wrong windows. While calling to get it re ordered or refunded have been hung up on or placed on a hold loop over a dozen times. Will be contacting my lawyer to remedy.The Home Depot Response

Terrible decision working with Home Depot on LVP flooring installation!!Waited 5 wks for installation date with NO communication from HD. We had to call and visit store just to get a date.HD employee who measured our house for install stated we could easily return any unused product for refund.Finally, the flooring was installed, subcontractor did a great job.We brought all unused products to HD and were told we couldnt return anything because it was special order and theyd have to throw it in a dumpster!After one hour of negotiating, begging, trying to reason with them, a supervisor finally agreed to take back the extra $500 worth of product, minus a 10% restocking fee!!I will never step foot in that store again!!A billion dollar company ripping people off for a few hundred dollars, seriously??The Home Depot Response
