On 9/6/2024 at 8:16 AM on terminal FIA80032 at ********************************************* I attempted to dispense $400 from my cash app card. The *** made noise like it was going to dispense money, but never did. It repeated the noise again like it was having trouble but again, never dispensed any money. The bank name on the receipt and *** was *******************. I ****** them and call to find out that they are not affiliated with the ***, a third party owns it, **********. I call them they tell me I have to dispute it with my bank, which is fine. I go to dispute it with cash app going on 4 times now to have them deny my dispute. NCR Atleos has been no help since. All I want is the money that is mine that I never received. The company has been nothing but unhelpful. I have filed a police report with the ******* Police, the case number is 24-023910. NCR Atleos tells me when I call that they will reach out by email, only to never do so. I have never had to deal with deception like this as I have with this company. They shouldn't have a business with ***s if they can't make any mistake or error right on their end.

On July 4th, I went to use their all point *** and it took $300 back from me after a couple seconds saying that it had timed out. I called about the *** they told me to contact my Bank. After it posted I filed a dispute with the Bank, I was told my dispute was denied. After I was denied I called the *** Atleos which owns the All Point ***, they told me weeks ago theyre a small company and it would take time. But I also know someone has to put money inside the ***, so obviously they would see that the *** was $300 over

I terminated a contract with NCR to provide point-of-sale services for my restaurant on May 31, 2024. I had completed my initial 3 year term on the contract for services after which the contract automatically renewed itself for 12 months but these subsequent terms were not subject to early termination fees, only a 1 month notification requirement. NCR's own finance analyst provided me with this information as documented in her email attached for your review. NCR is stating "your contract has been terminated before the end of your Initial Term" and that I owe for the 11 months remaining which totals $14,043.13 including taxes.I told NCR not to take out any funds from my bank account until I was able to see the agreement about termination. They provided the agreement 3 days ago. I had never seen this addendum before. NCR initiated a debit for this $14,043.13 amount from my bank today. I have stopped payment until I can dispute this amount. The resolution I am requesting is that if the $14,043.13 was successfully debited from my bank (NCR initiated the debit today, 6/21/24) for the 11 months early termination, then that amount is returned to me. I should owe NCR only 1 month's fees through June 30, 2024 since I gave notice of termination on May 31, 2024. I will pay this one month's fees separately.

we have an *** with *** ATLEOS we have had a contact with them for 12 years , over the 12 years the customer service has been terrible. our current contract is complete this year ( May 8th, 2024) . I contacted customer service in 2023 on how to go about closing our contract with the *** company, they told me I needed to contact our sales rep. the customer service representative warned me and i quote "just a heads up Wria (our sales rep) can be very difficult to work with" . I contacted **** January of ********************************************************************************************************* any information about our contract and what steps needed to be taken to close our contract, he then said to close our contact we had to show them a competitor offer and that they has right for first refusal. and that if they made a better offer we could not leave the *** ATLEOS *** company. Our business decided to not go with a competitor at all and remove the *** at our location. I emailed our sales rep 4 times to explain that we would like to close our contract and we would not be going with a competitor. **** did not respond to any of my emails; I contacted him via phone call. he said and I quote "I seen your emails" "you have given us enough notice so there should be no problems in closing your account" I asked what steps need to be taken to close our account (I previously asked this question before). **** emailed back we have to give the company 90 days notice and we had , but it wasn't to his liking . but through emailing back and forth since January 2024 - now, he never mentioned the 90 days , or the format. **** said that our contract will auto renew in May, for another 6 years . *** never works it is breaking and they will not maintenance the ***, we also do not want a relationship with the company the customer service is not even subpar. we want them to end our contract , remove the *** from our business location and end all contact with our company.

We stopped using this service in June of 2023. I have an email where they finally said they canceled it effective 11/1/2023. Since that date, they kept debiting and crediting the business account that I do bookkeeping for - ********************* LLC. I wasn't too worried because the money was always redeposited into our account. Then, last month, on 3/21/24, they debited our checking account for $685.60 and didn't credit it back. I contacted them. They admitted it was their mistake for not cancelling, but then said they would cancel me effective 4/1/24. I told them that was unacceptable. They don't seem to care.I can forward the emails to an email address, if you have one.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unresolved billing dispute and the woeful level of customer service I have encountered with NCR.On March 1, I was deeply alarmed to receive an email from *****************************, stating that my account would be forwarded to collections due to non-payment of an Early Termination Fee totaling $6,588. This revelation came as a shock to me as I had diligently contacted NCR to terminate my contract.Despite making numerous calls to NCR customer service, I encountered persistent failure in reaching a representative. This lack of accessibility made it impossible for me to address this problem within the stipulated timeframe, leaving me vulnerable to unwarranted charges. Furthermore, I engaged with NCR sales representative, ******, urgently seeking assistance in canceling the contract. Despite my repeated efforts and assurances from her that the matter would be addressed, I received no further communication or resolution. The level of service I have received throughout this ordeal is utterly unacceptable. The inefficiency and lack of responsiveness from NCR's customer service team have had severe consequences for me, including financial repercussions and harassment from collection agencies. Moreover, while NCR was prompt in providing equipment at the onset of our engagement, the process of terminating our relationship has been nothing short of a nightmare. The ***** disparity between the efficiency of your sales and onboarding procedures and the ineffectiveness of your cancellation protocols is deeply troubling. I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter. Furthermore, I insist that NCR takes swift action to address the unwarranted collection efforts initiated against my account due to NCR's negligence. As a small business owner, the damage caused to the reputation of my business as a result of NCR's actions is immeasurable and unacceptable.I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Cardtronics regarding an unresolved issue with a recent *** withdrawal. I believe that my case has not been adequately addressed despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company. On December 12, 2023, I made a withdrawal of $400 from a Cardtronics *** with Terminal ID ********. However, the money was inexplicably sucked back into the *** machine. Subsequent communication with Cardtronics revealed that the transaction was not recorded as dispensed in their system.Following Cardtronics' instructions, I promptly contacted my bank to file a dispute. Unfortunately, my bank denied the dispute, citing Cardtronics' failure to respond. In an attempt to address the issue directly with Cardtronics, I filed a claim on December 15, 2023. At that time, Cardtronics assured me that the matter would be resolved within 10 business days (Claim Number CS0188846 VSD31573 0858)Regrettably, it has been well beyond the specified timeframe, and there has been no communication from Cardtronics regarding the status of my claim. Despite my repeated attempts to seek resolution, the company has gone silent on this matter.I have attached all relevant documents, including transaction records, communication with Cardtronics, and the denial from my bank. This situation has caused considerable frustration and inconvenience, and I believe Cardtronics has not fulfilled its responsibility to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.I kindly request your intervention in this matter to facilitate a fair and prompt resolution. I appreciate the Better Business Bureau's commitment to promoting ethical business practices and hope that your involvement will bring about a satisfactory resolution to this dispute.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a timely response.Sincerely,*******************

On 0ct 12 2023 I used a cardtronic ATM owned by NCR atleos and attempted to withdraw $400.00 from my checking account under Chime. The machine sounded like it was about to DISPENSE but just kept running then the whole machine decided to stop and reboot itself. It did not dispense any cash and did not revert to my screen. It simply failed and rebooted. I have contacted NCR DAILY via email with NO response or action on their part to refund my transaction.
