I have had 3 different situations with them, I had gotten a tire for my *** and within a week it blew out. Then I had got one for my Audi and it blew out two weeks in. Then I went to them because I had a blow out and they quoted me around 270 for a rim repair and a brand new tire. I sat in the establishment for four hours, no air conditioning, and when I got my car back the rim wasnt properly repaired they just beat it back into place and ended up scratching it even more,started to drive and automatically knew something was wrong. I stopped the car and saw not only did they give me a used tire but it was a completely wrong size. I went back and out of nowhere supposedly they ordered me a tire and this was just a loaner which they NEVER told me. They told me it would be there Wednesday. Later that night I'm driving home on the freeway and BOOM a blowout. My six year old little brother in the car and traffic is having to swerve and dodge hitting us. Almost smacked by a ****** Tundra. Got off of the freeway,the whole tire is off of the rim. So here we are stuck in the middle of the ***** for three hours. The next day I call around to ask about tires from other companies and come to find out that its actually a safety hazard to not put the correct tire size and for it to be smaller than the rest on a all wheel drive car can result in wrecks, steering wheel alignment to go bad and you run a possibility of ruining your control arms which is exactly what happened, etc. Because tires affect how your vehicle steers, how it brakes, and how it hugs the road. Your tires need to be correct. Told him what happened and all of a sudden my new tire will be there today. Doesnt fix that my car is now without a way to get there for the new tire because its 80 dollars that I dont have. And they caused the incident. I asked for help getting my car there and he basically said in a rude manner what do you want me to do about it? After I receive my new tire. I AM NEVER GOING BACK.
