After the chimney on my home was struck by lightning, I called Enon Roofing to come and cover the chimney. To my delight a roofer from the company came over in the afternoon and tied a tarp over the chimney, I am very thankful appreciative to them. But what would have been a wonderful working relation, totally was ruined. I called and asked to pay for what has been done so far. I am being charged $500 for covering a chimney with tarp. Gouging a would be customer isn’t smart.
After contacting Enon Hopkins Roofing about the $500 charge for placing a tarp on our fireplace chimney the charge was reduced to $275.
