I learned the VERY hard way that **** Rider owner of Rider Septic Sevices, LLC is inexperienced and unreliable. I paid **** to pump my septic tank $600 in February of 2022 and a month later install a new septic riser for $400 March of 2022. He was punctual and completed both jobs. Unfortunately soon after heavy rains, our septic tank filled back up. My wife and I obtained visual proof showing the ground water was pouring in where **** re-installed the new riser. I informed **** of these findings and asked him to repair. He agreed.Realizing he was very busy and rain was forecasted within ***** hours, I spent 5 hours (Sunday, March 20 )digging around this riser so he would have perfect access to come back and simply re-seal the riser properly . The hard work was done for him! (I documented everything with pictures). After three failed attempts to contact ****, I finally received a call back on Monday, March 21. He agreed to come back that day and repair. He did not show. On Tuesday, March 22 we spoke on the phone again and he indicated he was ON HIS WAY (day before pending rain storm) to complete the job. He indicated he needed to go purchase butyl rope and would be to my home by 2:00pm. While **** was en-route, I texted **** pictures from my I phone showing him he had used products from two separate vendors ( a Polylok adapter ring with a EZ set Infiltrator risers) and asked him if this was adding to the severe leak. He was surprised and stated, "I thought something was wrong when I joined them together!" I asked if he could obtain the proper collar or riser while he was out prior to coming over. He agreed. To my shock, he waited until 3:32pm and had his co-worker call me indicating **** was busy on another job! This individual began to argue that they had installed the riser properly even though I have video proof of the leak and pictures of the mismatched products. **** never called or completed. WOW!
