Came here today, 7/14/2022, to pick up my items. I called the owner in advance to let him know that I would be arriving 5 min to closing. I had a work obligation that ran over. I told him that I really needed my items. He said his register stop " working" at 5:30 pm. I said no worries, I have cash! He said that's fine. Like stated I arrived at 5:55 pm. He sees me pulling in and he quickly locks his door, turns the lights off and HIDES in the back of the shop! I get out my car and knock on the door. He peeps out the back of the shop. As I'm walking back to my car the man that runs the business next door calls out to me and ask if I needed any assistance? I said," no, I think I just got played by the dry cleaning man!" He says to me," yes you probably did because he just left in his ***** ********** Never have I been so confused about why a person that " runs" a business for years, would conduct hisself in such a childish and unprofessional manner. As I read the comments all I can conclude is that he does not like to do business with black people! This place does not need to be in operation. This is my second time going and both experiences have been less than pleasant. The only reason why I come to his place is due to proximity! I never write reviews, so for me to write a review on this means my experience was pretty terrible. Please do not patronize this business! You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do!

Harris Stone Cleaners is open Monday -Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9am to 4 pm We open on time and close on time we have no exceptions to the closing time. I open and close myself with the clock on my phone not someone else watch. sorry if you did not get here on time

Im sorry that youre obviously not able to keep youre bad for business and its apparent by the comments that flood the internet. Also last time I checked 5:55 pm isnt 6 pm. Are you aware of time? Like I stated before you saw me parking 5 minutes before closing and sneaked out the back door. You are not good for business.Your excuses are useless.
