On August 2, 2024 at approximately 2 PM I purchased a 2008 ****** Prius, knowing that the check engine light was on and that the car needed to be checked. The dealership was alerted to this issue and told me that theyd be able to fix it within 3 to 7 business days. However, within 30 minutes of driving off the lot with the car, a bunch of warning lights appeared on the dashboard that afternoon. I called around 3:30 PM on August 2 and was told to bring it to a mechanic in my own time. I opted to take the car back to the Gainesville location where I had bought it the next day. While on the way to the dealership, the dashboard of the car stopped working. They told me they could fix the car within 3 to 7 business days and to call back soon. It has been 22 days since then. (I understand the need for time to order parts and complete labor, but I havent been given a truthful answer throughout this whole process.) For the last two weeks I have been told that the mechanic is waiting for a part, but sprinkled in those calls have been a mix of affirmation and denial about the attaining of said part. For the past two weeks I have been told that the car would be ready to be picked up on the weekend, but that has not been true. Every time Ive called there has been a lack of professionalism. For example, When I asked to speak to a manager, I was questioned multiple times about why I needed one and then was eventually told that they have no managers on staff. I was also told to rely on my parents because I sound young. They told me last week on the 23rd that my car would be ready for pick up on the 27th. However, when I called today, I was told that it is not ready. I do not believe or trust that the car will be ready anytime soon and if it is ready I do not believe that it will be fixed correctly. I would like to terminate my contract and have my money back. I do not trust this company and I am not willing to give them another chance. I am going to take this to court.

A 2012 ***** Civic was purchased on 4/13. On 4/15, the vehicle needed new tires. On 4/17, the battery light came on and 4/19 the seller was told the vehicle needed a new air compressor. The company is talking about reimbursement. If a purchaser put money down, and is paying for insurance, the purchaser is not able to wait on reimbursement. Not to mention, the buyer has to still find transportation to and from work.

Be careful buying from here sold me a jeep liberty with a bent frame and doesn't want to fix the problem

Terrible communication unprofessional at the highest level account manager has bad attitude gives you no common knowledge of nothing

I purchased a vehicle from them in January 2019 and paid it off on November 15th 2021. On November 20th 2021 their system took out an additional car payment even though I had finished paying for the car. The morning of the 20th I went to their office and let them know about the situation. They said they were sorry and they would issue a refund that day even though the bank may take 7 business days to issue the refund. On November 24th I contacted my bank and they said no refund pending or otherwise had been sent. I called back to Sports and Imports and they said they would issue it that day, but due to the holiday it may not show until the following week. I called my bank again on Monday the 29th and still no change as far as a return. I called back to Sports and Imports and was told they were surprised it had not been issued. They said to give them till Wednesday to see what they could find out. I called back Wednesday and they said it would be Friday. Friday December 3rd they did start the return and it shows up as pending. On December 4th they took out another payment and told me I would have to wait until Monday December the 6th, before they could even start a new return and they couldn't even give me documentation showing the fault was theirs. They even implied the fault was mine for paying the car off quickly and not giving them three weeks notice before hand for their system.
