February 10th around 1:45 p.m., I witnessed an employee pulling pizza apart with her hands, wearing no gloves, to then turn around to give to guests at the birthday party. She also dropped a slice of pizza and then picked it up and placed back on the same serving dish with the untainted slices and began serving the rest. She placed the tray back on the counter and a parent went to take the slice. I, a customer, had to inform her it had fallen to the ground and shouldnt eat it.UPDATE: I just found out from the ********** of ****** Health, this establishment isnt even licensed to be serving food they have prepared.I also witnessed a female staff member (wearing glasses, looked to be in mid to late 30s, and had light brown hair in a ponytail) yelling at the children at the party table whom (4 and 5 year olds) were giggling and telling jokes because she believed they were too loud. Again, they were seated at the birthday party table with all of their parents surrounding them. When I went to confront her she walked off. We have been here before, and never had issues such as this is the first time Ive witnessed such rude, unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER be returning to this terrible place. I do not recommend. If the employees are this mean and impatient with your children in front of you imagine how they are when youre not looking. If this establishment does not like laughter and the slightest bit elevated speech then they should not be in the party business or have open jump time. They should stick to gymnastics training classes period.I was about to sign my little one up for classes here but I am glad I witnessed what I did today. Also, please take the time to read all of the poor reviews of this company and read the owners response, and how unprofessional and immature she carries herself..

For the people who want to know the truth about the party this person is distorting both her stories overThis person was a guest at our facility for a birthday party. The party was ***** kids about the age of 5. If youve never worked around kids, that a lot of high energy kids for one event, and man can they get loud when they are having fun! Which is exactly what this party had while they were here. This particular ********* husband were pretty rude and fussy most of the event, not talking to any of the other parents, just hanging back and making snide comments to each other about anything they think they saw. But to address the things she Claims she witnessed Our party assistant was serving pizza to the kids with 1 hand in a potholder (pans are hot) the other with a serving utensil (you know the triangle shaped ones that you can use for cakes too) we have a few clear ones and we have metal ones. Anyway, while she made her way to the last kid at a table, when trying to give this child their slice the child flailed their arms knocking the slice off the server onto a chair. THE CHILD (not our staff) picked it up and placed it on their plate. This mom with her vibrant complaint was the one that yelled dont eat that THE CHILD then grab the slice and threw it on to the pizza pan that had 1 clean slice of pizza left. Our staff member apologized to the party parent who was absolutely cool and understanding of the situation (unlike ***************** here). Our staff member then proceeded to take the tray of dirty sliced pizza and the other empty trays back to the kitchen. At no point did she serve any contaminated pizza to any guest of the party. To reference her claim of our staff using her hand to separate slices of pizza. A little later in the party process when the grownups were getting food, our staff member was using the serving tool to separate 2 slices of pizza for the party dad, it just wasnt separating HE told her to just use her fingers he said I dont care about germs, she asked if he was sure, his response was its fine! so yes she did separate the slices he asked her too with her finger. For a person who spent their life in food serves they might know better not to go off the word of anyone and that gloves or utensils are necessary no matter what. But for a teenager that has only been working here for about 6 months and doing a great job with our students and with our parties every weekend. She made a mistake. Is this mistake worth all the efforts Mrs. ************** (military term for spouse of a soldier) is going to, attacking my facility or my staff? You be the judge. Now her other claims of our staff manager yelling at the kids like I said this is a large group of little ones and yep they can get loud they were so loud having fun that our staff in the office couldnt here guests talking in the lobby they were so loud our staff couldnt hear if anyone was actually hurt on the playing floor. So Yes she came to the party room to ask them to quite down, but what she said was she was Hey guy, I am glad you are all having so much fun, but we need to tone it down. The parents near her when she made her request, were supportive and understanding and then encouraged their children to keep the volume down. As I Said this party and the parents who booked it were fantastic parents, understanding and helpful to the entire process of their event with us. This ********* husband were just 2 wet socks bringing down the ambiance of the whole thing. The party mom even told us she didnt know everyone, they were just sport friends her son, invited to the party and apologized for anyones attitude towards our staff. Now as much as this parent wants to twist and exaggerate what she claims happened at this party. I find it amusing she didnt mention how the party mom was picking up and serving CAKE (not cupcakes) with her bare hands her kid ate that without issue! Now since I love how people think their lies arent transparent she claims she has video Miraculous how she has video of the moment she claims what shes saying No! that doesnt happen. She was standing on the wall with her husband, there was nothing to record, it wasnt her kids party, she was being an anti-social B****. Claiming I was going to approach her, but then she walked away Im sorry if I have issues and I am willing to express them I follow the person I want to talk to. Especially with food! If you really had concerns youd bring it to the manager immediately, not sit there and mumble to yourself, complain and leave reviews days and weeks later! No! You address it right away so that if there is a problem its solved right away. If she really did have something to say to the manager who walked 10 steps back to the lobby to help check in more guests. She didnt run away, she was busy and working, making sure the staff were doing as they should and helping guests. She claims shes been here beforeodd because we needed her family to fill out a waiver if they had been here that wouldnt have needed to be done, or if it was out of date they wouldnt have put up such a fuss when asked to do it, because they would know our policy. As far as our food service. We were still in our trial period of seeing if it is worth it to add the expense to our facility. We spent some months testing recipes, giving food away to our staff for taste testing, giving food away to jumping guests to get their feedback, and then providing pizza to our parties as part of their packages. We were tired of outsourcing pizza from other establishments because their reliability and quality were hindering our party process. Our dough, cheese, and sauce were made from scratch every weekend and used immediately per needs of the party. We followed food safe guidelines in preparation, cooking and service. Before our test phase was cut short, we got rave reviews on our pizza, parties were very happy, even one guest service member from ******* saying that hes been here for 3 years and ours was the best pizza hes had!She claims she was going to enroll her child, thats a lie people like saying that because they think it will add weight to their complaint like I am losing business of another enrolled child. Darn! I am not gaining a Pain in the A** parents with a child as a member. She wouldnt have lasted long here even if she did because I dont tolerate people like her who have ZERO respect for other peoples establishments. Those entitled snowflakes that think the world owes me something because I showed up. She doesnt have a job, never created anything in her life (other than her child) and is a drain on her husband and his commitment to the military. He's no prize either, he left his review attacking my staff manager for asking the kids to quite down, saying she was a middle-aged somebody for the record shes 29 this dude is 36! So, if a 29yr old is middle aged then this guy is halfway dead! I mean really!People love to attack me cause dont kiss their **** when they lie about my facility There is no business rule saying you should take S*** with a smile. I have cameras all over my facility so even without being here I know exactly whats happening. I can count on my staff, and I have their back, so when someone tries to attack them, I will stand and protect them. These keyboard warrior cowards that think their going to hurt my feeling because they dont like how I respond to their BS. Maybe next time be an adult have the guts to come and ask to speak to me, politely, to express your concerns and I will be just as polite back if what youre telling me is honest and matches what the video shows. But if youre going to sound off like the ignorant A**** that they really are, lie about your experience, stop your feet, fuss and moan about how unfair it is that I defend myself while you attack me! Well then, I am HAPPY to be the unprofessional, immature MONSTER you think I am! I hope someday you are treated precisely how you are treating me and my people (probably wont happen because youre a useless waste on the economy, that has nothing better to do then the cyberstalk us on ******* But I truly hope you get everything you deserve!
