10/4/24 - my home warranty set this up for me to check on electric - had one outlet on fire - asked to have all outlets checked.I had to call to see if all I requested had been done and was told I could check the outlets myself to see if they were ok.Also told me that my house stunk! Cat litter box and cigarette smoke. I do understand that some people are more sensitive to this, but I was mortified! My kids are living there right now and we are going to get this taken care of.

First of all I would like to apologize for any confusion about relaying the service we provide to your home. Unfortunately I think you didn't hear me correctly last time we spoke, that could be my fault sometimes I talk fast However, I checked every single switch,light, and outlet in your home ( while walking around with your granddaughter). I replaced any burnt outlets I found. I told you I checked all of them myself, but you could check and see maybe if I missed one , although I don't think I did. Also, I tried to be as respectful as possible when trying to explain the state of the home which wasn't easy for me todo , however since there was a child living in the home I felt it necessary giving you were the home owner and grandmother of said child .If I came off to harsh or judgemental, I apologize . In the review, you say cigarettes and litter boxes. However, that is only half of the state of the home. The home is infested with bedbugs and German cockroaches ( as your granddaughter told me as we were walking the property), also it has 4 litter boxes that haven't been cleaned ,there were cat f**** and cat urine and trash covering almost every inch of the flooring. In addition to all of those issues, there were more than over 10 ashtrays throughout the home that had never been dumped, as well as countless cigarette burn marks and cigarettes littering all furniture. I could go on and on. However, I dont think that would be productive. Again, it wasn't easy for me to tell you about these issues. However, being that there was a child living in the home, I felt it necessary. I want to apologize again for having to be the one to tell you this it just had to be told due to health hazards. Also I would like to add that you still haven't paid your $85.00 diagnosis/ service fee that was supposed tobe due before the diagnosis was submitted . We went ahead and proceed with the diagnosis and repairs because you promised you would pay us in 2 weeks and it's been almost a month and you still haven't paid. Also 1 point I failed to address in my response was the fact that you lied in your review saying you had to call us for a update? Do you not remember being on the phone with your granddaughter when she and I were doing our walk through? Also your daughter and adult granddaughter live a the property and both have cell phones given they were there for my entire service could you have not checked with them to see if everything was up and running? I hope that you will make a public apology on this platform and give the proper review we deserve. We didn't have to service your home, you didn't have the $85.00 but we did the right thing like you should do by taking down these lies.
