I have attempted to cancel this service several times and they still charge my bank/credit card every month. I am tired of losing money for bounced back emails and the inability to cancel a service I have no need for.Business response

i accidentally signed up for calltruth and immediately attempted to cancel my account. I have called and emailed. The emails ALL bounce back. I do not need this service and absolutely to not want to pay any monthly charge. Please help ne cancel my account. THANK YOUBusiness response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I will expect a total refund from calltruth. I understand that it may take 2-3 days to appear on my credit card statement. If I do not receive a full refund within 4 business days, I will seek any an all legal action allowed by law.

There is something name calltruth taking money off my credit card i do not know how they got hold of my information.i do not know how to contact them please help me stop them and refund my money. Thank youBusiness response

Thought I had signed up for a one time service, not a recurring monthly charge.Contacted company over an extended period to cancel the service without success. Company initially responded that they could not match my email address or bank account to any of their records. This as they were charging me $34 per month for a service I didn't want. My last two requests to cancel were met with response that my request had been received. I do not believe they have any intent of stopping the theft.Business response

a) The name and email address that you opened your account with.
b) The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card that was used (do not send the entire card--just the card BIN and the last four).
