    The tech they sent me was extremely unprofessional he didn't call me to cancel the first time he came out then when he did come he broke my downstairs AC and put a band-aid on my upstairs unit. I have a minor in my home and it was extremely hot this summer. I called several times to get the problem resolved they kept telling me they will send someone out and never did. I believe what he did was intentional because I am a part of the ************* home energy assistance program. I love to get my issue resolved. I did not want to resort to this but they left me no choice.

    Good afternoon, *********After reviewing your account, it seems as though your complaint is, unfortunately, misdirected. There are a couple of things that we want to make sure you are aware of We came to your home under the direction of ************* (the tune up program through which you signed up). Under that program, we are not allowed to automatically repair anything, nor are we allowed to solicit repairs from the customer. We simply tune up the system and report any issues back to *************. They are then responsible for approving and/or directing any further work at your home. Again, this is a tune up program that repairs are not a part of so, to our knowledge, no repairs were approved. However, in your case, we also replaced a thermostat at the direction of ************* and at no cost to you. In addition, the $300 that was charged was not charged to you, it was charged to the program (to include the tune up and thermostat) as our representative ******** previously explained in your last conversation with her. Finally, based on the age of your system, there is a possibility that any repairs would be covered under warranty through the original HVAC company who installed it. It may prove to be to your advantage to contact that company to verify. Otherwise, we would be happy to make the repairs for you if given the direction from *************. We do take exception to any allegation of ************** purposely breaking a system. We have been in business since ********************************************************************************** fact, to be a part of any utility company program, there are extensive background checks and review processes that must be satisfied. We routinely pass these with flying colors. We wish you the best and hope that you are able to reconcile your HVAC needs either through your original installing company or through the ************* program, if applicable.
