My car was towed by this company, while having a ventilator and emergency equipment inside of it for my 2 year old daughter, she had to be rushed by ambulance to the hospital. After speaking with ************************************ I expressed to her the urgency to get the ventilator back and all the equipment, she then refused to do anything until the following Monday. I also told her I had cash in the car and she reassured me it was safe and that nobody enters the vehicles. She later agreed to meet me Saturday morning at the lot, asked me to sign papers I refused until I could check for my important items. When entering my car I checked the middle console where I had set a bank envelope with $1,000 inside along with the receipt. I looked at her and said the money was gone but noticed the benk receipt was left behind in my passenger seat she immediately told me to get off her property. I called the police and made a report and even though Im legally allowed so many days to get my property from inside the vehicle she refuses to let me come back. Not only did she withhold life saving equipment from me, someone from this company stole $1,000 in cash from me. I had just cashed this check an hour prior to them towing the vehicle and nobody entered the vehicle after me except the tow truck driver.
