I would give no stars if I could. I did an application at this property and paid $300 for application and administrative fees. During the application process, I was contacted only twice by the consultant name *****. For one of the request, ***** asked me to log into a website called the The Work Number to retrieve my own income verification and to save $50. I thought this very unprofessional because it is the reason why I paid the fees above. After this conversation, I called numerous of times, left several voicemail and sent email for **************. I received no return phones calls nor any replies to email sent. Only after the 10th day of no communication, I sent another email requesting cancellation of my application. The next day and acceptance letter was sent and also an email accepting my cancel request. I made several attempts to reach the office manager ****** to request my $200 admin fees be refunded but she didn't return any of my calls or email. I then reached out to the regional manager ****** Mctottle, who approved the $200 refund request. I've been told by ****** on each phone conversation we had regarding the refund that it has been issued to my bank. I've spoken to my bank three times about this refund and I was told they haven't received the $200 refund from their bank. The manager also requested my bank statement to show proof that the refund was not received. Although, I was not comfortable with this I sent my bank statements via email as requested. It's been 3 months and no communication from the manager nor the regional manager about the refund. I would like for this company to honor their word and refund back to the $200 admin fees as promised.
