Harmonic Homes was hired to pre-wire and install hardware for cameras, speaker, internet network, and lighting automation for new construction home at ****************************************. Pre-wires that were installed are either non-functional, unable to be located, or fail to terminate in the network room. Summary of email sent to Harmonic Homes is below. No response from the company by email or phone. -Cameras: After multiple visits to my home, there was an inability to locate all of the exterior camera wires. I recently had another company come out, and they were able to identify some of the wires that Harmonic previously placed. Several were terminated incorrectly and did not lead to the network room, and all, except two of the camera wires in the back of the home, were deemed inoperable. -Security: Over the past several months, I have been informed that I would receive information regarding alarm activation, monitoring services, but have yet to receive it. Panels and sensors were installed in order to get certificate of occupancy. Given that ClareOne is a system that would be managed through Harmonic, I am not confident our home would be served well given the lack of reliability of the company.-Internet: Wireless access point hardware is in place throughout the home, but the network is not active and those wires, when tested, are not working. -Speakers: Regarding speakers, there was an inability for Harmonic to identify locations for the outdoor speakers. There are free wires existing on the pool patio area of my home and the terrace patio side of my home. The indoor speaker/audio system is non-functional. Wires have not been tested. My request is for a full and immediate refund from Harmonic Homes due to the inoperability of the systems they were paid to install.
