We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Noble Born Retrievers.

The consumer alleged that they found the website of Noble Born Retrievers and were interested in buying a puppy. The website indicated they accepted PayPal as a form of payment. The consumer further stated they emailed Noble Born Retrievers to find out more about the puppies. A Mr. Brian Rush replied and stated they did not accept PayPal but would accept Cash App. The consumer alleged the company asked for their full name, address and phone number. When information was received back from the company, the name was not Brian Rush and a New York City telephone number was given. The consumer alleged the Snellville, Georgia address for the company was used in a previous pet scam.

BBB asked Noble Born Retrievers to respond to the consumer's allegations.

Noble Born Retrievers did not respond to BBB.

BBB asked Noble Born Retrievers to provide answers to the following questions:

1. BBB was unable to find a competency license for Noble Born Retrievers in the state of Georgia. Please provide your required license number.

2. The address provided on your company's website is a residential home on one acre of land. Please clarify your statement on your website indicating you have ten acres of land.

Noble Born Retrievers did not respond to BBB.

So that BBB may provide the most accurate and transparent information on Noble Born Retrievers to consumer inquiries, we sent our Standard Business Questionnaire for their completion and return.

Also requested were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by Noble Born Retrievers.

Noble Born Retrievers did not respond to BBB's requests for information.


BBB's investigation revealed this company is not located in Georgia. The address provided to consumers by the scammer has been used to mislead people into believing the company is a Georgia organization.

BBB has been unable to locate a physical address for Noble Born Retrievers and advises consumers to use extreme caution if an offer is made by Noble Born Retrievers
