            I placed an order on ************. I received an email stating that it has been shipped. I called **** and they stated a shipping label has been created on ******* and they have not received the product from the seller. It is not ******** with no update and I have emailed several time to get an update and I have not received a response. I would like a refund on my product of $63.99. This is bad business practice and responses should be given in a timely manner.

            Firstly, I spent more than $150 on merchandise from her business. What I bought wasn't cheap but I wanted to try it out.
            Secondly, My first order took forever to be delivered.
            Thirdly, My second order hasn't even been labeled yet to be sent to the post office. I purchased they orders on January **.
            Fourth, when I finally did get my first order it was defective. I put fresh batteries in twice and still didn't work. Let me remind you that this product costed $99.
            Fifth, The first product looked an made cheaply to cost so expensive.
            *She sales cheap defective products for expensive. Never again and be aware.

            Hello. I apologize about your experience. I would have exchanged products for you with no hesitation if you have contacted us first. I do not sell anything over $99 on my website so I'm not sure if you have me confused with another business.

            I want a full refund from your defective product. On January **, I made a second purchase of of two items totaling $115. I know this can be confusing especially when you took my money but didn't send me items. So conclusion I want my money money back on orders. Hopefully this can give you some clarity.

            I want my refund for orders #**** and #****. My information is connected to those orders. This experience is completely unprofessional. You took my money for order #**** an never got processed to be delivered. Plus you sent me a cheap low quality (#****) product.
