Ordered flower plants online, paid in advance $120, they claimed it was mailed out however never received a tracking, messages i send requesting tracking is left on read with no responses. Request for refund left without response.Initial Complaint

On June 16, 2024, I ordered 2 plants and sent payment via a personal venmo account. I have done business with this business before, so I trusted this as their form of payment. After proactively following up for 2 months, I was finally told that the plants I ordered "didn't make it" and that they don't offer refunds. I was never provided tracking information to show that this order was actually shipped. They referenced a refund policy on a website that I've never been to, nor did I order from. In an effort to recoup something for my $100 purchase, I agreed to a different plant order. When I received the half dead plant, it was not what I ordered. When I inquired, they stated that they didn't have what I ordered, even though they offered it to me and told me they shipped it. Communication has been horrible at best, they stole my money, and are unapologetic.Initial Complaint

Complaint regarding VooDoo *************** Hawaii. I emailed one of their team members since 7/20 for my order for pick up 8/15. This was so important to us and was the main focus for our entire photoshoot/event. We drove 30 min to get to the address provided by email, only for it to not be ready. Not only was it not ready, they had no idea about the order. I was confused because I had tons of emails showing I was going to be arriving on that day. Then to make matters worse the owner we met with at the location provided explained to us the person I had been communicating with has major issues and they have been dealing with his unprofessionalism for a long time. They said they know he is a problem employee. (Odd, but okay). I immediately emailed them asking what was going on and asking how my order wasnt ready and a number was provided to me by email. I then call the number, no answer, called again, no answer. Then sent a text. The persons number was apparently the owners son. He then proceeded to put all of the blame on me. Was argumentative. Took zero accountability and said it was my problem. I was informed by the person I had been communicating with since the month prior that no appointment was necessary. Pick up anytime after 12 that day. Also payment wasnt necessary beforehand. Payment was only necessary had we purchased custom ****, etc., which we were not doing. We just wanted the bloom box (5-6 hibiscus). We brought cash ($28 which was the total amount). This is the most unorganized business. I dont know how they even operate a business. Im sure there are so many wonderful businesses to work with in **** that wouldnt let their customers down and then turn around and argue about who was at fault. See attachments of proof that we could pay at pick up and no appointment was necessary. Even though I did email that morning giving them an exact time (3:30pm) even though they didnt even require a time.Initial Complaint

This business is fraudulent. It has advertised plants to sell both in person and online. I ordered four plants online, of which I only received two. Those two were nearly dead.The interaction began on Jan 3 2024. They sent me an invoice for the plants via square. Then I paid it. Then 10 days later they hadnt shipped anything and they cancelled my invoice. But I hadnt been refunded anything. I asked about and they said they did it accidentally. Then they said they couldnt tell if I had paid or not or been refunded. I had not been refunded and sent them a copy of my payment. Then they sent me to plants, that were nearly dead. Then I keep asking about the remaining 2 plants, proactively, because their customer service is not reaching out to me. Then they say they are waiting to ship them. Then I continued to ask where they are. Nothing. Then I asked for a refund. Then they say they have already sent the plants out. I did not ever receive any plants, and they could not provide any tracking number or date on which they had sent the plants.When I ask for tracking info, they get aggressive and tell me that I wasnt even sure that I had paid, when I wasnt sure I had paid because they canceled my invoice. And then I confirmed that I had in fact paid.In the end, there has been terrible customer service, I would like a refund, and this business is a fraud. You can see that on the ****** reviews. Multiple people have also had the same experience. You can also see that the business is marked as closed, so that you can no longer leave bad reviews of it. So who knows how many other people have had this experience.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase on April 28th,the package was never delivered and the last time I heard from the business through email was may 11th. This ordered was advertised as a mother's day gift and was set to be delivered before mother's day, may 14th. I still have not heard back from the business and would like a refund. Ordered 9 plants and a Jade **** seed ($15.85) which was not included in delivery, total order was almost $400. Delayed delivery caused a lot of tension so when I emailed about the missing item I got no response. Maui Gold Protea ($45) is ant infested. Business shows as delinquent for Annual Filings on ******************************************* and does not appear to have a GET license as required by ********************** law.Business response

Delivery was delayed, Responded to all of her emails and delivered her refund. Delivery was delayed by a day due to mass amount of delivery order which we notified the customer about. I have a GE Liscense so pretty much this is slander and will be taking it to the policeCustomer response

*******************Refund was received after my report with BBB so I acceot that portion. Business owner has sent an additional two threatening emails to my personal email even though I specifically told them to atop harassing me and to not to contact me. I requested all future communication be relayed through BBB. Business owner told me they filed a police report for ******* and threatened to *** me for posting a negative review.

Contacted ***************************** on March 9th on ******** Market Place where they advertise. On March 10th an agreement was made to purchase a Bienevue and another purple/pink hibiscus plant for $45 each and $20 shipping to Maui. Paypal payment was made on March 10th, and Krysten said it would be shipped out the next Wednesday with a tracking number. The plants never arrived and no tracking number was ever provided. Contacted them again on March 16th and stated that it would be shipped out soon. No shipment. Contacted again on March 22nd, and related that it would be shipped out the next day. March 25th still no plants. Requested a refund, and Krtysten stated "We don't offer refunds." "Plants will be shipped out today." On March 26th still no tracking number provided, and asked to provide a tracking number. No response for over 4 hours. I informed them that they are leaving me no choice but to file official complaints with the proper authorities. Their response, "Go right ahead." Then they stated the plants were sent out yesterday, and Krysten was at work right now, and will send a tracking number when she gets home. That is the last I heard from Krysten. No plants arrived or no tracking number provided. Krysten is totally untruthful. This business is a total scam.Business response

Plants were "Returned to Sender" back to me in a mashed up box, after he filed a dispute. Now Im down 2 products. Dispute moved to a claim, money was refunded back to him. Even for shipping, which I pretty much paid for my plant to get sent out, and destroyed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:She is being untruthful. Why would it be returned to sender? The address she sent it to is a legitimate address, and I have received 10's of thousands of products and mail at that address. She never did send me a tracking number as she had stated. When I originally asked for a refund (due to the fact that she stated she would send the product along with a tracking number on multiple occasions which never happened), she stated that they don't offer refunds. If the product is damaged, it is her fault, or she can make a claim with the vendor she utilized for shipping.
On the final message, when I informed her that they are leaving me no choice but to file a formal complaint with the proper authorities, she said, "Go Right Ahead." She then stated she would ship it out and provide a tracking number. Still never received the product or tracking number.
As for the refund it is still pending with my credit card company, as they need to investigate this.
