Horrible business to deal with. I ordered flowers through them to be shipped to **** in hopes that it would arrive by mother's day (ordered 4/22). Waited for the flowers and the day before mother's day, I contacted them via Instagram (my original method of finding them) asking if it was sent and I got the response, "Aloha we got a little swamped these past few weeks and will be resuming shipping on Wednesday. I believe your is the first one out."Fast forward to May 18th, I still did not receive a box and after asking how long it takes to ship interisland, I got no response. Now remind you, we're going on almost an entire month of not receiving my plants and payment was already received. I ended up having to threaten them to get my credit card company involved for showing signs of fraud, in which they began to respond more to my messages. I asked several times for a refund since I didn't get my plants and finally ONE MONTH LATER and many threats, they gave me a tracking number. This tracking number HAD NO INFORMATION ON IT BECAUSE THEY JUST SHIPPED THE PLANTS THAT DAY! ONE MONTH LATER!!! Extremely ridiculous and for some reason just couldn't give in and provide me a discount. When I asked if they just shipped the box that day, they stated "We already sent it out before it says in our records our team did not keep the tracking for it so we sent another... please see shipping policy's." I received my package one day later, May 23rd, in which the box had all my flowers and a shipment date for the 22nd. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF OFF ISLAND! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PLANTS NOR ANY MEANS OF PROPER COMMUNICATION! I'M VERY SAD SINCE I WANTED TO SUPPORT LOCAL AND I LOVE THEIR SELECTIONS... UNFORTUNATELY THEY DON'T HAVE THE ***** LIKE A TRUE LOCAL BUSINESS WOULD.
