My family and I continue to use them since ****. Efficient, effective, professional, and friendly. They are not just there to do the job at hand, whether it be exterminating bugs or rodents; but has also helped with preventative maintenance to deter future incidents of infestations. I have experienced other pest control companies that have only been disappointing; and have nothing in comparison to the integrity and dedication, or the extent in which Integrated Pest Management's owner, ****************, or his crew will go to resolve any unwanted house critter concerns, to give you peace of mind. They will go where others won't (e.g. under the building, up in the ceiling/ attic space, and even take into account the perimeter of your surrounding areas) to better understand the cause of the problem. I really appreciate that their aim is not to just treat an acute problem; rather, to make efforts to find the cause, help me understand it, educate me to take proper preventative measures to help eliminate the problem going forward.
