            My HOA was charged $41,800.00 for the January snowstorm driveway clearing. That's 54 driveways. They justified the charge saying they cleared the snow every time it accumulated 2 inches and cleared during and after the storm, hence 8 times. We complained and they lowered the charge somewhat, but I'll never trust them again. We terminated their services shortly thereafter.

            I explained everything to you in person back in January. What you stated is not what happened. This series of storms lasted for two weeks and your association kept calling and emailing saying that you needed plowed and we did. You knew the price per push upfront and signed the contract. The cost got that high because of the number of pushes. We happily worked with you and lowered the cost even though we did the work and kept your association open for two weeks so that you could get in and out and this is what we get 2.5 months later.  I highly recommend that no contractors ever work for Legacy Pointe Homeowners association.
