            Joe and Matt have do great work for me for many years. However I got a very nasty call from one of their employees threatening me saying they have sent me several postal mailings with a bill. I have not received none. I do not use my email and tried to tell the representative this but she refused to listen to me and continued to raise her voice to me. I will pay the bill of course but now I'm sure I will work with another plumber next time. This was a miss communication problem however the company was not the least bit Intrested in peacefully figuring out where the break down was happening. So sorry to leave such great plumbers.

            I don't really feel like this deserves a response, but since I was just doing my job, here it goes. 

            I called to collect money that was months overdue.  I have emailed and snail-mailed both invoices to you. Nothing ever came back to me in the mail and I can also see when you have opened and viewed the emailed invoices. Which you had done more than once.  To say that you have not received them was a lie.  Please feel free to call someone else in the future.
