It's important to us that all of our customers are happy with the results of our work, and it's disheartening to learn that we haven't achieved this in your case, particularly given that it has been 7 months since the completion of the job. Regarding the claim about the garbage disposal, we paid to have it replaced already and we find it completely out of the ordinary. Our crews are trained to dispose of product waste properly and safely, and it's against our policies for any materials to be disposed of in such a manner which is why we paid to have it replaced.
