    Rembrandts used to be my favorite restaurant, we went there all the time when in town. However, when we went Thursday evening and ordered the French onion soup, this was our experience.First it came out cold. Presentation zero. Soup with a piece of processed bread and a square of very processed cheese on top.Sent it back. On the way back, the waitress put her finger in the soup, presumably to see how cold it was. The kitchen decided to put the whole bowl in the microwave and send it back. Now the waitress fingered soup was patchy cold, the processed bread had soaked up most of the juice and the cheese had died.Sent it back. Now they had simply re-microwaved it sans bread, but the bread had soaked up all the juice, so now it was mostly a plate of onions sans most of the fluid, with a new piece of processed bread and processed cheese. The plate was now caked dirty where the juice had been and was still the same fingered soup.All in all pretty disgusting management of cook staff. I have loaded the picture to other reviews of the third attempt by the unmanaged kitchen staff, dirty caked plate and all: Disgusting.Finally had to ask the waitress to bring the manager outside we could relay our experience. She did come out and listen to us all the while a teenage bespectacled male kid (presumably the cook) stared at us through the side window. Only after we had paid and was walking out did this manager suggest we might like out $7 back. She even admitted to have seen what was going on, but didnt do anything or reach out to the customer.This was a awful experience and one that your wealthy clients will not put up with.
