Do not use this company, they do shotty work. They are careless with your property. They do not stick with an appropriate timeline, and cannot keep good workers.I had them do some outside concrete work and build me a new deck, they broke my sprinklers and cost me more money than they were worth. They are supposed to do my kitchen remodel, but we have decided to cut our losses and find someone else to complete the work. My cabinets took almost a year to get here, this has been a total nightmare.

This a very unfair review, there is a massive supply chain issue with all the building and development in the valley as well as COVID issues. This was explained to the customer numerous times. Most companies are having trouble keeping employees this day and age. As far as the deck goes this review is very contradicting to what the customer has said to us in person. The customer expressed appreciation for the deck and said that they loved it. If there is anything not satisfactory with the deck we will fix it. As far as the sprinklers go, that is a very common risk in building a deck and sinking posts. We don't repair sprinklers and that's in the contract. We have refused to do the customers kitchen because both her and her husband were extremely disrespectful and incredibly rude to our employees. ***** the reasons we had multiple employees quit after working on this job. The ********** delivery man also stated how rude this customer was and he hoped he never had to go back. Extremely unfair review.

My Response to the feedback from this company: ******** he had to work on the deck was unskilled labor and he never stayed very long to Supervise them. These kids would not stay focused on the job, they would show up and then leave for an hour or 2 at a time. I would watch them some time out the window and they would just be standing around talking. Then they would leave for the day and not come back for weeks at a time My guess is that they really quit because they didn't have the right materials to do the job as most of the deck started to come up after it was finished, which they did fix when I showed it to them. I was never rude to these folks, we just wanted the work done correctly so we kept an eye on his employees. I just loved the fact that they were finally finished with this project. As far as the Sprinklers go, I was under the impression that companies just don't start digging until they know where the utilities are located underground as they are the "Professionals", not the customer, I have never seen a sprinkler ********************** statement in a proposal anytime but I have not asked them to pay for any of the Sprinkler damage but to just finish the jobs they agreed to. The ********** driver started out rude at the door, and yes I hope he never comes here again.`
