Very disappointed with the professionalism of this company and quality of the product. First off they emailed Sunday night saying someone needed to be home at **** the next day to confirm placement. Luckily we didnt take off work because they canceled that day. Almost every single post had multiple scratches. We called and complained the first day and was told they would touch it up. After installation was complete, it was evident no touch ups were done. The owners stated that they cant control how the poles arrive to them. They suggested we buy paint and touch them up ourselves. When you spend 6 grand on a fence you expect there to be minimal damage to start. After multiple emails, they stated that when they had time they could bring a can of spray paint to try to pacify us. Also gate was very uneven among other issues. Still charged us full amount even though the poles were all damaged.

We know the customer was unhappy and wanted a discount on the job. This was a chain link fence 8 gauge vinyl coated with a welded double gate on an uneven yard. Slightly over 200 feet and $5,700. Materials are the strongest you can get and the job looked great other than surface scratches on the posts. The scratches didn't go through the vinyl coating. The only way to make these disappear is with paint and we did touch up areas that were unacceptable to us. I said I would come take a look and bring a can of paint. We felt the gate was put in the best place possible, but you can't get perfectly level when the ground isn't. level. I believe a discount was desired but we worked this up multiple ways with multiple materials. We don't make much on chain link and as a small company we don't have the luxury to give jobs away. Could have added a fuel charge but didn't. And the homeowner was home all day and didn't come out to tell us there was a problem until the crew was gone for the day. We have scheduling changes all the time based on weather, crew no-shows, etc. We do our best to stick to a schedule but it is difficult. We even reach out on weekends to double check schedule and most customers appreciate this. We work 7 days a week to run a small family owned business.
