On September 29, 2022 at approximately 6:30 pm, I purchased two pizzas from this location; a cheese and an Italian Sausage. The employees name on my receipt is ******** *. After taking the pizza home, consuming much of the cheese and getting ready to discard the leftovers, I noticed something on the bottom of the pizza. Once I turned it over I realized it was mold. I immediately looked on the bottom of other slices and noticed the same thing. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty. She refused to acknowledge the issue, and would not give me the store owners information; which I later found out. I have reached out via Twitter and Instagram and was told someone would get back to me. I STILL have not heard back from anyone. And the reviews on the page elude to the quality of these pizzas not being the best. An investigation needs to be made into how long they are letting these pizzas sit there and their process of discarding pre-made pizzas. I have photos, video, and have other evidence.Business response

All of our food is prepared and made fresh daily, during the process of rolling out our dough sometime a slight discoloration can transfer from the oil of the pans onto the light color dough. This is very rare, however, there is no health risk from this happening. We will be more than happy to refund or replace the order at no cost. I will try to reach out to the consumer directly, if we are unable to make contact, please have the consumer reach out to our store for assistance 618-234-1800.
