              I placed an order with ********* April 25th, 2024, then canceled it April 26th, 2024. ********* immediately released the $49 preauthorization. However, the money is still on hold in my checking account. When I contacted Heartland April 26th, 2024, they wouldn't tell me when the money would be released and said ********* would need to prove to them that the money should be released. The documented canceled order is already in my ********* account. The supervisor I spoke with was rude and condescending and either didn't know the answers to my questions or refused to answer them. I'm a senior on a limited income and need access to the money in my Heartland checking account. Here is *********** policy on canceled orders: ****************************************************************  Here is the specific verbiage: Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to see the funds in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.
