This is the most unprofessional company in the city of *******. The work is deplorable. The lifetime warranty is a fabrication that they do not honor. The nightmare began on day one when I was unable to communicate with the installers because of a language barrier. They used the wrong color stain. Then proceeded to go over that stain with different color. The stain was supposed to match my existing trim and doors. They do not.They recklessly dripped stain from the can throughout the house then sealed over it so now I have polka dots all over my floor. They sealed the floors twice; not allowing the 1st pass to cure before applying the 2nd. The floors scratch easily now from not curing properly..It took 4 months to get a response after an email and numerous phone calls. They sent out an "inspector." The "inspector" that came was the same employee who destroyed my floors. I find it a conflict of interest that they would send the employee who destroyed my floors in the first place. Obviously, he's not going to find a problem because he was the one that performed the terrible work. He implied that "an animal" made these stains. There has never been any animal on the floor. This is a company that not does care about the quality of their work. The installers wore no masks or face coverings to protect them from harmful chemicals. This company does not value the health or safety of their employees. From further research, I have also found that this company responds to every negative review blaming the customer. In no response, do they apologize, take action to fix the problem or try and make the customer feel whole.

Great quality of carpet and very competitive pricing. We were very pleased with the customer service and installation process (which took less that 5 hours for 2 rooms in our basement). Would not hesitate to use Royal Home Flooring for other carper projects around the house.

Royal Home Flooring Company is Horrible, obnoxious, and totally despicable. Royal Home Flooring Company should be put totally out of business. just about every complaint against Royal Home Flooring Company is separations in the flooring that was installed in most people homes. I am just the most recent consumer victim of the same flooring problem with Royal Home Flooring Company, just about everyone is complaining about almost the same issues after the installation of our flooring (can't be wrong), I am out of $9,500.00 and stuck floors that are buckling and separating more and more as we try not to walk on them almost throughout the entire first level of my home, thank God the second level wasn't done. Royal Flooring Representatives are trying to blame the damage on moisture, and my Dogs. my Dogs are never allowed in my home living areas, my Dogs are housed in the basement of my home. The cheap vinyl plank Royal Home Flooring Company installed in my home states on the box that it is moisture proof. in fact, I never treated the cheap vinyl plank flooring Royal Home Flooring installed in my home with water, I have always treated the cheap vinyl plank flooring Royal Home Flooring Company installed in my home with specialized formulas that's recommended for vinyl flooring. Royal Home Flooring Company sent out inspectors twice, the first inspectors did repair the edging at the top of my basement steps with cement glue that's shill somewhat holding, but those same inspectors never reported the gap that was left from the corner of the hall way wall leading to the basement. the second inspectors were three Spanish speaking gentlemen who I made aware of the gap from the hall way wall that was left by the first inspectors. the Spanish language was constantly being spoken while the inspectors were examining my floors made me suspicious and I alerted them that I would start recording what they were doing due to the fact that I don't speak, nor understand the Spanish Language!

I found this company online and it worked out I had a few misinformation initially however the owner reached out and I appreciated him for that I highly recommend using their services for all your floor installs and repair
