BBB began receiving complaints beginning March 29, 2018 alleging the items the consumers received were of poor quality and that they were unable to return the items for a refund. In some cases the company has responded stating "According to our website description and refund policy, we have clearly mention that "Due to the nature of our products and our manufacturer specifications, some of our clothing are sent 2 sizes larger than what you actually ordered. This is to ensure that the article of clothing matches the actual dimensions of our sizing chart. " In the cases where the company has responded to the customer, they request an image of the product to substantiate it was different from the measurements on their website. 

The company’s website, www.hunteroo.com, states there are “no hassle returns” and that a “portion of the sale donated to charity”, however the website does not specify which charity(s) the donations go to or what percentage is given of each sale.  The website’s return policy states that “Sale items (if applicable) only regular priced items may be refunded”. BBB searched the company website, on April 10, 2018, April 15, 2018, and April 19, 2018 looking for items not on sale and were unable to find any. On April 20 2018 BBB sent a letter to the company asking them to substantiate their no hassle return policy, specifically noting that none of their inventory on their website would be eligible for a return. The company did not respond to this request. 

BBB called the company at the number provided on their website, (877) 555-9300, and it was disconnected. On Hunteroo's website, they claim their warehouse and office is located at 510 E Stoughton St. Champaign IL.  This address is an apartment.  Mail sent to this address has been returned by the US Post Office.

(877) 555-9300, is listed in BBB records as the contact number for four internet sales companies, Charming Gifts 51, Palm Beach FL, RaverZ, Las Vegas, NV, Tapestry King, Champaign IL, and Zenith Athletics, Las Vegas, NV.

 Hunteroo, Tapestry King, and Zeinith Athletics’ websites have identical return policies and also claim that there are “no hassle returns” and that a “portion of the sale donated to charity” but do not specify which charity(s) the donations go to or what percentage is given to each sale.

As of April 26, 2018, Hunteroo and Tapestry King both display the same physical address, 510 E Stoughton St Champaign IL 61820, on their websites. Tapestry King’s prior address was 304 S Jones Blvd # 245 Las Vegas, NV 89107-2623, the same address BBB has on file for RaverZ and Zenith Athletics. This address is a virtual mail address. The company actually located at that building is Physicaladdress.com, which offers the sale of virtual mailing addresses.
