We dropped our car off on 7/25/2024 at A-**** for an outside panel replacement from an accident caused by another. The shop had my car for 7 days and I picked it up shortly after. After a few days I noticed that not only was a seatbelt clip stolen from my car cup holder, but the inside ceiling handle in my back seat where the panel was replaced, was missing.I informed A-**** and asked if I could send them a picture of missing handle. The owner *** on multiple occasions not only laughed at my complaint but insinuated that his team would not have made this mistake, especially his best man of 25 years. I asked if I could send him a picture of the missing handle because you would have to take off the whole inside panel to remove, he said that the conversation was taking way too long for him and that I had to drive the 30 minutes to see it, in which he would still have to reorder and replace. After taking no accountability and gaslighting me calling me argumentative, he hung up on me after saying I'll get nowhere with getting my handle replaced.

We guarantee all of our work / *****'s have and *****'s will ... I spoke with this customer at length ---- nothing was resolved because ************************ wanted to do nothing but argue and circumvent the process ! It's actually a very simple process . I did indeed agree to have the customer e mail me some photo's to begin the resolution process . But the arguing process never stoped so since this was not going anywhere I did indeed hang the phone up as I can not exert this much energy on someone that only want's to argue . Respectfully ! This narrative from *********************** is not at all truthful..
