They did a nice job on the repair, however beware since they provided the worst customer service. Ill never go there again and wouldnt want my worst enemy to go there. Top down, from owner, to the miserable woman and abrasive young man who work the front service desk. They did not smile, make you feel welcomed, and gave very unfriendly service. I only proceeded with them, because they had already made me pre-pay for my body part and they said it would arrive in a couple days it didnt until the following week. I complained about it the miserable, soulless woman at the front desk. She said fine Ill just cancel everything and literally hung up on me after I had waited a week and a half and was deep in. Then they kept giving me the runaround about when they can do it oh were busy so if you call in the morning we may be able to do it that afternoon. I dont have that kind of time I cant even take a day off of work. And then I finally got an appointment brought in my car at 9 oclock in the morning I called about 330 and was told my car was not ready after I was told that it would only take a couple hours to do. So when I expressed that I needed my car fixed asap the heartless young man said fine Ill tell you what Ill get it back to you by tomorrow morning at 11:45 am without any regard to my previous time or tasks I needed my car for to do like work. Then I said, thats not acceptable this has been going on for a couple weeks and I chose you guys because you were close to my home and other body shops were going to take months to do. I got my car done the estimate was 2.7 labor hours and it only took him an hour to do. And when I asked the young man at the front desk to refund some of the labor cost he said were in the business of making money. I said yeah youre in the business of cheating people out of the heart and money. Shame on them when times are tough being bullies and taking peoples hard earned money.
