      I have been with MEPCO for three years and have always reached out to them to process claims when I had repairs done on my vehicle and not once have they responded. When I call their number ************ they leave me on hold then an automated message says "goodbye" and hangs up. On a rare occasion that I do get connected with a human being, they leave me on hold for anywhere between 35 minutes to over an hour with no response. I even called to try and cancel the policy and it has been the same runaround. I either get hung up on or left on hold until I have no choice but to hang up. They have no issue with automatically taking their monthly payment from my bank account, but do not help customers at all. I am currently on hold with them again going on 40 minutes and still have no assistance. I would like a refund of the past three years I have paid a monthly service fee to them ($153.42 a month) and have received absolutely no help from them, not even an answer over the phone.

      A $100.00 payment was made as a deposit. I called the company and cancelled the account telling them I did not appreciate being "bullied" into purchasing the coverage. I called my bank and cancelled the automatic payment schedule on or about September 18, 2024. I received a past due notice in the mail today, indicating Mepco had not cancelled my purchase as I had requested.

      I cancelled my Home Warranty 2 months ago. It is now 10/29/24 and I am still being billed and called by a very aggressive person who does not listen to a thing I tell her. I have called the sales office three times to request they let MEPCO know they can stop billing me. It was bad enough the Home Warranty was a total fraud I over paid for but now they have billing in a past due status and are not telling MEPCO to strop billing and harassing me. I am about to get a lawyer involved if this business can't quit billing me when I no longer have a home warranty. And I believe my personal data got hacked at this billing company also. I AM VERY UPSET AT HAVING TO CALL NUMERUOUS TIMES TO NO AVAIL.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      MEPCO is aggressively trying to collect a payment for 2 months despite the cancelation.  I am not able to tell HomeWarrary to stop MOCo from invoicing me.  They service the warranty company and should take responsibility to contact Home warranty and understand the service was cancelled. Both of these companies are not communicating to one another and plscing that burden on the consumer. Give me a break people.

      My vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks waiting on a response from you The service department sent you the detailed estimate of repairs and you requested vehicle history I reached out to the claims department by email informing you I just purchased the vehicle in August there was no vehicle history then you reached back out and asked for a bill of sale I sent you a copy of the bill of sale you never responded My car sat there for 3 weeks and I had to pay out of pocket I have called and requested you canceled I have emailed you a copy of the cancellation form and you still have not canceled and are tempting to draft my account I have reached out to the better business bureau and I'm seeking *** contract attorney this is not acceptable I emailed the cancellation form and called in to cancel and they are still drafting my account

      I am rejecting this response because: I reached out to them to cancel my policy on October the 2nd they still drafted my account on October the 24th they then told me the reason they told me the reason they did not pay for my repair is because I paid for it so that voided their contract well let me tell you my car was in the shop for 4 weeks with no response from them so they didn't do anything they didn't pay anything and they never responded but I've voided the contract because I got my car out the shop doesn't make any sense to me I need my money back this is a total scam and I want my money back if I would not have taken action and got my car out it would still be sitting in the shop today.

      I canceled my car warranties months ago and Im still getting billed. I have disputed this with my bank, but I need them to stop billing me and refund what was taken out. I spoke to someone on the phone and I have three warranties and I canceled two of them

      ******************** called about 1.5 to 2 months ago and told me that I needed extended warranty on my van. They knew the make and model. My husband handled all that before he went into the nursing home so I wasn't sure, but I gave them my credit card number, forgetting that the card was being replaced and was no longer valid. In the meantime I called the auto dealership where I bought the van. They told me the van was still covered and that it sounded like a scam. Later ********************* called me again to tell me that the payment did not go through, and I told them that I did not want the service. Now I am getting bills from a billing service called Mepco on behalf of ********************, that also lists ********** as a contact. I do not want this service. I have not paid for it and don't want it. The bill is acquiring late charges and currently sits at $188.17.

      I canceled my policy with Mepco over a year ago. They keep sending me avoid late payment notices with late fees added to it. I have tried to call them several times indicating that I had canceled my policy using the phone number that they provide. You get a message saying that your call is important to them and please hold for next available agent and then nobody ever answers the call. I was on hold 4 different times for over 20 mins with nothing but dead air. There is no email address no customer ********************** number.
