I received this service in February of this year and need service in march. It took two weeks for them to bring someone out and they stated I had to pay additional 200 dollars to fix the appliance I need fix. I decline as it was cheaper to just buy another microwave. I am retired an on a fix income and wanted to cancel. they kept asking me why I want to cancel I let them know they connect me to another line no one calls back and i continue to get a bill for a service I do not want.

I purchased a car warranty from Endurance Warranty services over the phone. Within hours of purchasing the contract I was able to research the company and decided it was a bad option. I contacted Endurance Warranty services immediately over the phone and canceled the policy. I started receiving billing statements from Mepco payment plans stating "Thank you for being a Endurance customer. ********************** is the company that will process your monthly payment for your payment plan." I do not have any business with Mepco and I canceled my policy with Endurance after only a few hours of creating the policy. I contacted Endurance and verified that my policy was indeed canceled. I've attempted to contact Mepco on several occasions and have been unable to speak to a human to resolve this issue. I should not be billed by Mepco as I have no policy with Endurance or Mepco. I've just called ************* now and the system told me the mailbox is full and it hung up on me. I then called again and went through the same prompts to receive a message stating "the number ************ cant take your call now" and made me leave a message. I believe Mepco is a predatory company that attempts to bill you when they have no contract and they provide no means of resolving an issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I am aware that MEPCO is just the payment provider for these auto warranty policies.  I do not have any business with Endurance auto warranty thus I have no reason to contact them.  Once I canceled the policy with Endurance any associated payment plans should also have been rendered mute.  It is not my responsibility to ensure that Endurance relays this information to MEPCO.   I expect MEPCO to cancel any recurring payment plans they have associated with my name as I have no business with MEPCO nor Endurance Auto Warranty.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *********

I just bought a house and received letters about activating my warranty. When I called, I was told they were through Richmond American (who I got my house through) and that I just had to put $100 down and then if I decided I didn't want the extended warranty within the waiting time, I could cancel for a full refund. I wanted to think about it, but the sales person said I had to do it that day or the offer was invalid. They waived the $100 deposit, but after I hung up, I realized a lot of things didn't add up so I called and emailed Richmond American and verified that they were not affiliated with them at all. I then called the number the sales representative gave me twice and asked for my account to be cancelled immediately, but the number I was given does not go to a human and there is no way to actually contact a human from the company. When I realized I was scammed, I was urged to close my card by my bank and they issued me a new one. I keep getting letters and bills from Home Warranty Services though, and they won't stop harassing me or cancel my account as requested. I want them to do the right thing and close my account as I immediately requested and leave me alone forever.

I received a phone call from this company where they suggested they work through my bank. I accepted home warranty services, but then called my bank and found out they were not connected and my bank said this was likely a scam and not to proceed with any payments after looking into it. I received no further information from the company but started getting phone calls asking to pay my bills. I do not recall actually signing or activating any services. I spoke with the agent that called me and told her I wanted this canceled. She said that wasn't her job and hung up on me mid conversation. I called customer ********************** today, got someone to call me back, and informed them of what was going on and that I want to cancel. Instead of proceeding with cancellation the agent started admonishing me on every step I took that was wrong and how I could have canceled the policy earlier. I asked to restart the conversation because I was getting tired of being lectured for what should have been a quick fix. I asked if we could start on the cancellation process instead of telling me, the customer, every step I took that was wrong. I wanted to make it productive and stop wasting time in the middle of my day of work. She continued to lecture me. Eventually I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said there isn't one. I then asked what I need to do to cancel again. She went back to what I should have done three months ago. She said she was trying to help me cancel but needs me to know how wrong I was three months ago. I asked to speak to someone else because I didn't feel I was being listened to and this was unproductive. She called me a narcissist. I then got mad and asked to speak to someone else that she had torched this relationship and this was not going to work. I hung up after asking to speak with someone else that could help me. She called me back twice to continue her lecture rather than being productive. This business is terrible. I just want my policy canceled. I paid it off.

Well according to that paragraph about mepco they dont engage in telemarking. Thats odd because thats how they got me to buy into an extended warranty that I didnt need and already had through the deal ship I bought my car from. Complete scam from the start. Being a new car owner for the first time I wanted to make sure everything was covered. When they called they assured me that it wasnt included in the dealerships warranty. So I went ahead and authorized payments. After looking up their company and how they do business I froze my account to prevent any charges. After they were unsuccessful taking any money they have now switched my autopay from the card to a monthly paper bill, continuing to charge me month after month. Ive called to cancel this policy and I get the run around, saying Ive got to be current with any charges before they can cancel the policy. How am I supposed to ever get current if they continue to charge me? At this point its just going to ruin the work Ive done to get my credit score higher, but I dont see a solution. Con artists all of them. I still have yet to receive any documentation from them on any policy and I cant login to their site because I dont have a password just an account number.

I purchased from Mepco Endurance ************* an auto warranty plan. ************* of Sugar Land said that they did not accept the plan 5/07/24. I called Endurance to cancel for my dealership did not accept it for repairs. On several occasions conversing with members of the staff, I was told that it would be cancelled. This company continued to bill me through the unauthorized use of my bank credit card. I want my money back- 5/19/24-$192. 72

I was called early in the year and obtained a home warranty under Mepco, to later find out that it was actually Integrity. I made a claim and it was denied after I waited in extreme heat. The contract was not sent to me until I demanded it to be in July and then via email in an attachment that couldn't be opened. I talked to several employees of Mepco along the way and wasted many hours of my time. Mepco has billed me for the 4th month in a row after assuring me the contract was cancelled and my money from original cancellation would be refunded. When I call, they conveniently disconnect the line.

April 23, 2024 spoke with *********************** from Home Warranty Services, would covered everything in my house I needed to pay $200.00 now what credit card did I want to use. He explained the policy and cost. I told him no thank you but he kept talking telling me how important it was to have this coverage and cut it down to $100.00 and I could cancel within 30 days for a full refund. I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment so I finally agreed gave him my card number and hung up.I called on April 26, 2024 to cancel the policy and get my refund. They said I had to wait to get the packet in the mail so I could review it. I called on May 1, 2024 to cancel unfortunately I did not get the persons name he was rude. On May 8, 2024 I spoke to ******* told him I had called and canceled this on May 1. Of course there was no record of that call. I told him I needed to cancel because I could not afford it. He was very nice said he would cancel listing the reason as a Senior hardship. I asked about my refund he said no problem. On June 6, 2024 I called and spoke to ****************** told her my credit card had been charged $231.67 and I had canceled the policy. I explained to her everything started with the original call from *********************** on April 23. She looked up my account and surprise there was no record of my calls but she said she could cancel it. I asked about my refunds cause now I wanted my $100.00 + $231.67 that had been charged. She said she would cancel but unfortunately I could not get a refund because it has been more than 30 days.. I told her I disagreed and wanted to know what I could do She told me to go to page 22 in the booklet and write a letter providing details and dates have it notarized and send it certified to the address listed which I have done. I have the signed form showing they received it.. I spoke to them today he said they never received the letter. They are billing me for $463.34 now adding late charges. Please help resolve this issue
