    I am their customer of securetrust division, and I called them to resolve the issue. Hope you have a better customer service training.I spoke to the agent named ************************* and found his attitude a little bit rude.I was trying to identify myself, but he couldn't identify my information. That was okay. At the end he was able to identify, but I found the process of identifying my information was quite rude.1. He wasn't listening to me carefully: I gave him my first guess, he said that was wrong. So, I was giving my second guess, and he said that was still wrong. I really need to persuade him that why it doesn't make sense and check again. At the end, my second guess was right. 2. He said "You know this call is recorded, right? you're not account holder; I'll report your case to account owner and let them take an action" I felt like I'm threatened. I felt like he is treating me as if I am a thief. I felt very uncomfortable.3. His voice tone was not professional: His voice tone was like he was teasing me. I know this issue was from their recent site/account migration. and he sounds like teasing me without properly listening to me.4. He cut my response in the middle. I was trying to explain why it doesn't make sense, and he was keep cutting my answer in the middle and repeated "I know what you said, but this is what cyber security about".
