      I saw on social media today that McDonalds was offering a free meal for first responders for first responder day. I went to three local McDonalds and none of them knew anything about it. I then called the main McDonalds customer service number to inquire about it and the person that answered the phone stated "Nope. I dunno nuthin about it." No matter how I rephrased the question she kept repeating the same statement over and over. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said "well they just gonna tell you the same thing so I'm not gonna transfer you."

      I am rejecting this response because it was a McDonalds promotion and posted on your website. If this is your response to this matter I can assure you I will never eat at another McDonalds again. This does explain why more people go to Chikfila instead of McDonalds. If for any other reason they exhibit far better customer service.

      My boyfriend was told he was hired. Never received the onboard to finish the hiring process. When he called he was then told somebody else was hired. I truly believe he did not get the job due to his race.

      After being given a promotion and transferred to the *** McDonalds located at **************. I noticed that my wages had been intentionally tampered with by the store manager Veremice due to personal reason. Miss Veremice had already expressed to Miss ***** that she had no interest in training me to become a general manager so when Miss ******** from HR enforced upon her that she was to train me Miss Veremice started treating me in an unprofessional manner punching me for small mistakes tampering with my hours even went as far to try and lie to get me fired stating Id call off on days that I was not. Now that Ive been forced to leave I e contacted the owner operator who is aware of the matter but yet he not responded to any of my attempts to contact him to collect my missing wages. Im being denied my request to speak with all HR staff.

      I contacted McDonald's about an app issue under case Case ********. Advising that I am missing my the reward from the app . I tried to use it in the app and after waiting ************************************************ the drive thru it timed out. I waited for 20 mins to use it again and then it said I already used it when I did not. So I would it the reward back since I was unable to use it. McDonald's stopped responding via email after providing tips that has nothing to do with my issue. Then I contacted them via ******** and after asking me useless questions they stopped responding. Is it McDonald's business practice to not address and not resolve customers issues and then stop responding?

      Hereon, this day of October 9, 2024 @ 1:43 pm; therein McDonalds Restaurant no.6818, located therein *********************************************************; I had paid for a certain order that the McDonalds staff they got the order all wrong, unreasonably, I told them to give me 3 barbeque sauce for my ***************************************************** 2 BBQ sauce, and 1 sweet and sour sauce BBQ, in accordance to receipt no. 241, I had paid for that as a result Im being detained and restrained my having to legally address they issue, by them not getting my order that I had paid for correct, and Im asking for a refund; Therefrom, Im demanding a conformation, that so stated legal cause or matter pleaded, herein this legal notice and the filed as being in fact True or False, under a certain Oath as well as a Testimony within 72 hrs., hereafter service of this legal notice, after 72 hrs. no objection hereto this legal notice, will result in all legal claims being denied and unacceptable, and you as an official, hereto this legal notice will hereby deem, a refusal to respond, also you must service your response hereto to myself **** D *****, email: **************************

      I have a McDonalds app. I have changed carriers for internet and am unable to get into my McDonalds app. I called care and was told nothing they can do to help. All my cc info is in this app. Along with everything else. I told them I can provide proof. Still no help. I had this issue with two other companies and they corrected the issue. Id like the same from them.

      Genshin and McDonald's are running a collaboration where if you buy the Genshin meal, you get a code for an in-game cosmetic item, a pair of wings.Advertising said "valid 1x per apple pie or Genshin meal purchase" which I read to be referring to only getting one code per McDonald's ******** did not specify only one combo meal code and one apple pie code per REWARD ACCOUNT. When I called customer service, they said that the above mentioned line was what limited the codes per reward account.I had bought 3 meals in 3 orders over 4 days for overseas friends who also wanted the code and only received one wings code. I believe this is deceptive marketing as I would not have bought the two additional meals if I had known they would not come with wings codes.

      on 9/17/24 i ordered 2x genshin impact meals and 1x daily double through the app to be delivered. i paid $42.68. i recieved the food and it was normal, but the issue is i was supposed to recieve a total of 4 codes with this order. 2 meal codes and 2 pie codes. before i ordered i checked the recieve email communication as per the terms i saw. and i inderstand that mcdonalds HQ is sending the codes **************** i finally recieved 2 of the codes im due (1 meal code and 1 pie code). however im still out the other pair of ******** try and resolve this ive been calling mcdonalds and am getting the run around. the first call was on 9/17/24 and all as i was on hold it offered me a callback which i oped in to. in all i waited for over 4 hours on hold and waiting for a callback. i eventually got a callback and was told i would recieve the codes later that day. and was then transfered to deliver support (no idea on that as they are unable to help with this issue)i tried calling yesterday (9/18) and it was busy signals untill i was able to get through around 5 pm. i then waited for 2 and half hours before i hung up as they close at ******* (9/19) i called in opted for a callback and waited 5 hours for that. it came in and the agent tried spring on me NEW TERMS FOR THE DEAL. saying its 1 set of codes per account. nowhere can i find that it says that. in fact i cant find a link to full terms anywhere i looked. i checked the app, on the "how to redeem" there it excplicitely states to enable email communication which i did. i checked on the product selection page. and today i checked the website. the only terms i could find anywhere are summarised as the following 1) enable email communication 2) get 1x code PER genshin impact meal or genshin impact pie.nowhere does it say 1 code for each product per account. all in all ive spent over 10 hours trying to get this resolved. i am ready take *** on down to HQ give HQ a piece of my mind as well.

      I am filing a complaint in relation to the Genshin impact x McDonalds collab. I placed my order on 9/17/2024 at 3:32 pst. It was a total of $14.18. McDonalds promoted that as long as you ordered online, and were opted into their emails and rewards program that you would receive a code for the exclusive collaboration items to your email within ***** minutes. After not receiving my code 16 hours after placing my order, I contacted their customer service who said they have forwarded my ticket to their tech team and I would have the code within 24 hours. Its now been 24 hours, I still dont have the code and cant even call them because they shut their customer service lines down! They are not delivering the product they promoted and now I literally cannot get in touch with them. I take huge issue with the inaccurate information and not receiving the product I paid for (I literally could care less about the food and gave it away, you received my business for this collab and are fumbling the ball)
