BIG mistake! I asked for an estimate to have our ***************************** cleaned. The woman on the phone quoted $180 for the work & sent an estimate via email of the same. There was NO MENTION that the rails would be an additional cost that the technician would go over this with me at the time of service! When the technician arrived, he did not review the work with me & instead just got started. When finished, he told me that my invoice to be paid was $330! ALMOST DOUBLE! He accessed the work without talking to me about it & added cost to my invoice for washing the rails (which I thought was part of my estimated cost & wasn't even done thoroughly) & washing screens (which I never requested & I know for a fact that each screen was not removed & cleaned), so I was charged an extra $150 for work that I did not expect to cost additional or request. When I addressed this with the technician, he blamed it on the office & the person who gave me the estimate. He tried to mansplain the invoice to me, became argumentative, & tried to bully me into getting the gutters cleaned saying they were going to fall off the house (they are 2 year old gutters & were just cleaned this past winter), so I sent the Zelle payment & just wanted him to get off my property. I called the office to discuss the issues. She told me that the technician was supposed to go over all the additional charges with me before starting the work. I told her had I known that the quoted cost was so misleading, I wouldn't have booked the work with them. The woman on the phone, although seemingly sympathetic & agreed she would be upset as well, told me that there was nothing she could do because the work was already done. I asked, "Who can do something?" to which she replied, "The boss but he won't be back until Sept. 3rd." I asked, "Well could you make a point to have the boss call me when he returns on Sept. 3rd?" & she replied, "I can tell you right now that the boss is not going to call you." They came out and did not do detailed apsects of the gutter clean and removal of 20 feet of old gutter gaurd. They said they thought they would do me a favor in leaving it on. Then the gutters overflowed the next rain as they did not even clean the downspouts and or do the rest of the job. Just like the other reviews the bill was 35% higher and the work not done to specification. I have been harrased and asked to speak to the owner in text, email and after telling them not to come to my house without the owner calling they texted saying they were at the house and cleaning the gutters again. Yet I se nothing on the security camera and or did they follow my request. They are unreal and are shockingly out of line.Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning Response

Hi ****, thank you for taking the time to review us. Im not sure where you got the idea that the work was not completed at your home, or the idea that our office staff have so little to do that theyre going out of their way to harass you. We have simply been calling in order to resolve this issue with you for several weeks now and have found that you would rather slander us online than work with us to resolve your issues and pay your bill. Furthermore, you have spoken directly to the owner several times.Review from William M

This company completely took advantage of me by over charging me for gutter cleaning work without authorization to my credit card. I caught it, and had an extremely difficult time fighting to get the money back, even though the owner himself was involved.I'd also done power washing during the same period, and I was put in an uncomfortable position when the tech arrived and they quoted an insanely high price. I'd asked for the office to give me a quote on what I'd paid previously before starting the work, and instead of doing this, they sent the tech over and said it would be $1k to power wash my front and back porch.I felt bad for the tech who said he'd cleared his calendar for this and would lose out if job wasn't done, so agreed to pay him $450 (including $50 tip) to do the work, but it was not done properly and I was on a business call when he asked for payment and couldn't check. When I reached back out to have them come back out to finish the job, I was asked what day would be good for him to come back. After replying, I never heard back from them, even after multiple email follow ups.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE MY FIRST TIME AS WELL, AND ******** DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, BUT WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning Response

Hi *******, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I know we spoke on the phone several times about the charges for gutter cleaning, and I gave you a refund of over $300 in good faith that even though the work was done, you had not explicitly approved it. I thought that was quite generous as it was almost 50% of the invoice. When it comes to the pressure washing, Prime Time has no records of having done pressure washing for you other than in 2024. In 2020 we quoted you over $1000 for the exact same pressure washing job, and you decided it was out of your budget. Since we had given you the quote years before this, I cant imagine that you were truly shocked by the technicians quote of $1000. You paid him less than half of what he quoted you, and clearly he adjusted his services to be worth $450 instead of $1000.Review from Mary L

I have reported this company for incessantly emailing and calling. Now they use blocked numbers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They email blasts comments. They call constantly and keep calling - 8 times a day.Review from Christina H

Had them come out and fix my gutters but they did a terrible job and had to hire someone else to fix them. Then they harass me with texts after I asked them multiple times to stop contacting me as I do not want to hire them again. We regret ever engaging with *******************************. She never had her gutters cleaned and they were a complete mess with plants growing out of them and standing water. We cleaned her gutters on her house and garage, flushed her downspouts, removed and replaced her gutter guards and also repaired a few loose hangers. When the work was completed, she then complained that she was being over charged, we ended up giving her $100 off the invoice. She continues to slander our good name over the internet. I am a repeat customer of this service for ***********************, tracks, and sliding door cleaning. When I called for a quote they provided a quote based on my history; they actually told me what I had done previously. They quoted me $220 and today they are charging us higher- $375. They told my husband that I didn't request the tracks or sliding door and that it was extra. They also said the window count was wrong. They are trying to charge me for ***** windows when I have 18. I tried to discuss the discrepancy with them but they state the estimate was not a guarantee of service. I did not have new windows or sliding doors installed in my home since the prior visit. The only way the count could go up is if they counted each pane (i.e. a large window as 4). Their ladder left black marks on the ledge above my front door and most of the tracks are not clean, despite my trying to have this conversation with them before they left. They actually told me that I was able to take the windows out myself and clean under them! I was disappointed in their service when they left, but seeing the higher charge and their unwillingness to correct the quote, I will NEVER use them again. This is too bad because I have referred friends and family to them in the last several years. I'm so upset with their nonchalance during my conversations that I won't let them back in my home.Here's a tip for your "best cleaners", if the track gets dirty when you slide the window open and you have to clean it a second time once closed, maybe try sliding the window open to clean first so you only have to clean the track once after the window is closed. You guys need to realize that people budget based on your quotes, You need to stick to them or have a sign off before work starts if the price needs to change.Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning Response

We are sorry to hear about the negative experience with our service you mentioned. It is actually quite shocking to hear as our ********************* rarely gets this type of slanderous complaint. Your husband seem to be quite thrilled with the results and gave ************** praise as he was standing behind him while he was washing every window, screen and track. We informed him before we started what the price was going to be and he gave his approval to do the work. When ************** came back that same afternoon to address your concerns you would not open the door.Review from Stephen T

Prime Time has been told on at least 6 separate occasions that my family moved from the location that they had previously performed a service at and asked them to remove ** from their call list. Each time I ask them to do so, they insist that they will immediately take care of it. Yet each year they keep on calling. They are about as good on their word on this as they were on keeping their appointment time and cost quote, which was POOR.Review from Chelle C

We hired this company over 2 years ago to clean windows and gutter. They did a tremendous amount of damage to our home, were extremely unprofessional and tried charging more than their quote. Since then I have been called at least 20 times to schedule again. I have told them EVERY SINGLE TIME to take me off their call list because we will never use them again after they caused so much damage. Here we are over 2 years later and they are still calling. When they call and I start to tell them what happened and to take me off their list they hang up on me. Ive asked to speak to the owner and hes never in and apparently never gets my message to call him since hes never called me back. Yet Instill get calls to schedule. These employees are rude, unprofessional and incompetent.Review from Charles S

I was scheduled for a crew to arrive between 8am-10am yesterday. At ****am I called and was advised the first job they did ran over time, but they would be there by 1130am-12n. When that time had passed, I got a call saying that they would arrive by 2pm. There is no way that the other job went four hours past 10am! I had already complained on two previous occasions about the estimates being less than the actual cost no matter how carefully I described the scope of work. I was assured that they would ****** map my home in order to make the estimate at close as possible.A team of two men finally arrived at 2pm, but the driver took two steps out of the truck before advising me that there was no way they could accommodate the full scope of work at the quoted estimate. He then called the office, made a point not to allow me to hear his end of the call, then told me that I had "heard incorrectly". He insisted that was the case even after I pointed out that a written estimate has nothing to do with faulty hearing or understanding of a conversation.I really wanted to have that work done in time for a family event, but I was not about to be bullied into a bait and switch scam. So, I cancelled. The driver was offended, complained that it was not his fault, and tried to save at least part of the job. I asked what the cost would be for just the windows, and was then advised that the windows had to be replaced - not cleaned. While that is very possibly true for the bank of three windows he looked at - he didn't even check the rest. And thus the whole mission was aborted.Bad faith dealing every step of the way. This November l set up an appointment with Prime Time to clean our gutters. They gave me a quote of $128. When they showed up they changed the price to $170. I was forced to let them do the job. because the gutters had to be cleaned and there was no time to get another company (Winter is setting in).In my request I made it quite clear that it was 2 story house and all they had to clean was the second-floor gutters. It is a straight forward and simple roof with no danger. There is no leave guard or other impediments. There is no reason to increase the cost. It is clear to me that they were planning to scam me all along. The whole point of an estimate is so that the customer can know what price to expect. I have been using Prime Time to clean my gutters for 3 years. They did excellent work until now. They must have sold their souls to the devil. They did not show up when they said they would. They were 3 days late. and they did not call or email me stating that they will be late.They did a sloppy and unprofessional job.
