On April 18th, 2022, I purchased a 4 leg treatment package from Vein Clinics of America. I made an appt. For January 2023, for my final 4th treatment letting them know that this was for my final treatment from my package. I showed up for my appointment, and Vein Clinics of America had been purchased by USA Vein Clinics. The lady at the desk said I needed to pay $350.00 for the treatment. I explained that it was the final treatment for my plan, she said she would take care of it and took me back for my treatment. Since that day, I have received invoice after invoice. I called and called trying to speak with someone who could understand. They called using deceptive practices saying they were returning my call to set up a new appt., and when I would explain that my issue was related to erroneous invoices, they would tell me a supervisor would call, but they never did.I finally sent a email on 7/26/2023 explaining the issue, and have never received a response. I am still getting invoices. They started the billing process all over again in January of this year. I am tired of trying to deal with this.If they were not going to honor the prior companies packages, they should have told me that, and I would not have recd the treatment at a cost that was over 1/2 of what I paid for 4 treatments already.

I scheduled my consultation at the *********** on February 12th 2024. I saw Doctor ******* who then scheduled my procedures that was needed for the pain in my leg these procedures were scheduled Friday's, Monday's. I then scheduled this time off with my employer. A week before my appointment I called to confirm and was told my appointment was canceled,.I wanted to know why and was told by the receptionist the doctor quit, so I was rescheduled to be seen by another doctor on April 3rd, I had to give my job enough notice, to be late or off for the next few Wednesdays. I received a text the day before my appointment and was told my insurance company had not approved my procedure and i need to reschedule again for a 2nd time,I then called carefirst my insurance company who called the clinic while i was on the phone and told them this was approved in March not to cancel my appointment the representative at the clinic Said she needed transfer us to a different department, we were disconnected with no resolution just to be hung up on multiple times...I would like my deductible refunded. I have never delt with a medical facility this unprofessional.

Received treatment in 8/2023 after being told by the health care provider my insurance carrier (at the time was Cigna) had approved 100 % for my procedure and I confirmed at the office not even a copay was necessary because it was related to a previous DVT I developed. A couple of weeks later, I receive a bill for over $3,000 for office visit and injection. No inpatient hospitalization the office visit last about 20 minutes. I sent health care healthcare provider two letters to their billing office with no response. I tried calling and was hung up on or rang and rang with no answer. They dont have an email address to write to them.

I went to a vein doctor in January of 2023 for vein treatments. Over the course of my treatments I acquired almost $4000 in medical bills and they put me on a payment plan with a credit card that I am currently paying off. 11 months after my last appointment, ** getting bombarded with emails and paper bills saying I still owe $124 for certain dates of service. The website they provided to view my bill will not work and customer service does not take my phone calls anymore. I tried to explain that all of my bills that were processed by my insurance are part of the $4000 debt Im currently paying off but they claim its an additional cost. I have already verified with my insurance company that no new claims have come in from this company so I shouldnt have acquired any more bills a year later

I authorized a one time partial payment for my fathers bill for $100. 2 days later they took out another $100, then another week later they took out $270. Neither of the last 2 transactions were approved. They charged my father, a disabled veteran $250 for not showing up for an appointment in winter when it was cold. My father cancelled the appointment but they charged him anyway. I ************** through the issue and they escalated the call and said I would be hearing back from someone. I asked for a timeframe but they didnt give one. 2 weeks later Im still waiting, but not holding my breath.

Company insisted on pre-payment before treatments began. Due to repeated scheduling issues I decided to change providers. Have been trying ince February 2023 to get my prepayment refunded. Have contacted them numerous times since then. Have requesed to talk with a manager. One is never available. Request a call back from a manager and never receive one. Have been told tha ***** is only one manager for a three state area and the manager is really busy. Have ask numerous times to have my request expedited but do not receive a response from anyone. Have been told that I have been approved for a refund and will receive a check withon 10 business days. When I dont receive the check I call back and they say that the refund is still awaiting approval. There seems to be no way to get this resolved in a timely manner. Cant find anyway to leave a comment on their website to warn others about their corporate policies. At this point, I am totally frusrated.

On 5/9/22 I bought a 3 session vein treatment package from **** clinic of america that was good indefinitely. I was undergoing varicose vein treatment simultaneously and was advised to hold off on using the spider vein package that I purchased until the deep vein issues were resolved.... the deep vein treatment was being covered by my insurance. The clinic was bought out at the end of 2022 and now the new clinic, USA **** clinic refuses to honor the package or refund the money. I am requesting a refund of the $539 I paid. USA **** clinics does not return my calls about this and accused me of using a Groupon for this service, which I did not. I paid $539 directly to Vein Clinics of America for 3 spider vein treatments.

I sought and received appointments well in advance. I was granted, on an exceptional basis, a consultation, ultrasound and treatment appoint all on the same day. On Monday, May 29, I received an appointment reminder notice for my appointment on June 2 but the location provided was incorrect. I replied by email the next day to address this. I did not receive a timely reply and therefore resent another message. I did not receive a response to this second email either. As such, I called the central scheduling number. I was told that when the location had been changed, the other two appointments (ultrasound and treatment) had been dropped without me being informed of this. A telemedicine (consultation) appointment was then scheduled June 2 at 08:00. I had to prepay for this consultation, which I did.On Friday, June 2, no one came on the call. I called the central booking number and, after being on hold and the phone for 25 minutes, was informed that the doctor had had an emergency that morning and that I should go back online and wait again. I did this, but again no one came on the line. After a combined two hours of waiting for my telehealth consultation, I had to call long distance again to the central booking number to seek information. I was eventually offered an in-person appointment at 11:00. When I arrived, I was asked why I was there. I explained what had taken place and the receptionist stated that she had called central booking back and told them not to send me there as the doctor would not be able to see me. I replied that I was clearly not informed of this as I wouldnt have travelled there, and she said that she was not surprised. I also received a confirmation of this appointment via email. I was told that I could wait to see if the doctor could fit me in, but after three hours of waiting, I left the clinic as I was told that the doctor was behind schedule and would not be able to see me. I have not been reimbursed for any of my costs to date.
