    Don't buy from this disreputable company. We ordered an Engine. They were not in stock and it needed to be ordered. So we ordered it. It was not CHEAP by any means. We learned later that the trains were sold out everywhere and ours wasn't going to come in until December 2023. Unfortunately we were going to be out of the country and would not be around to get it. We didn't want to cancel it but had to. Reynaulds hit us with a 15% restocking fee. RESTOCKING???? It wasn't in STOCK. It was a very IN DEMAND item and would take NOTHING to sell it once it came in. But we were charged $80.00. We spoke to them and explained the situation. WE didn't just change our minds. We were going to be out of the country and once we got back would likely order it again. They didn't care. We have bought from this company for years. Good Customers. They didn't care. Well are no longer customers AT ALL!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!! It doesn't surprise me that ******** was banned unless he REMOVED the negative review. Are they kidding!!!!!!! Like I said...........disreputable company

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address the recent concern you raised regarding the cancellation fee you were charged.Firstly, I would like to express my understanding and acknowledge your point of view on this matter.

    After carefully considering your feedback and taking into account the Yelp review and Better Business Bureau complaint, I now fully comprehend the depth of your frustration and disappointment with our cancellation fee policy. I reversed the $86.99 cancelation fee so you will see the credit sometime tomorrow.  I will also cancel the model as requested. We do care about your business and we feel bad that our policy upset you.  We are a small family business and we try our very best.  Our cancelation policy is posted on our website and on your e-mail receipt which you received.  We are not disreputable company as you claim, we have this policy in place because customers constantly cancel orders and we get stuck with tons of unneeded inventory.  We take orders from our customers expecting them to be honored without asking for a deposit and then customers change their minds.    Extra inventory is a financial ******* on us that is why we had to adopt the cancelation policy.  I hardly would call our policy or company disreputable, that comment is not true at all.
