Terrible Experience! This is scammer company who changed me for services which I did not approve nor notified. They salted my property whenever they wanted and delivered invoice after more then a month. Avoid them! They threated me with mechanical lien! Property owners, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

*********************** You signed a contract for snow removal, clearing for a commercial building in ******** this past winter season which clearly states that we will apply salted after every plow, I have you alternate cost to apply salt if there was a call for 1 of snow fall or less with cost. You signed contract, didnt state that the alternates should only be installed per approval. With snow control contractor is hired to make sure all outside surfaces are clear of ice and snow so there are not any possible falls from pedestrians or tenants on property. I also gave you the weather reports showing that snow was coming in the following day which means property has to be pre-salted before snow falls so the snow will melt as it falls and I supplied you with GPS coordinate with truck license plates with times they were on your property install product. You have your attorney contact me because you didnt want to pay the invoice we sent to you and she must have agreed with what I told you regarding the contract and my responsibility to your property and you sent a email to Kelvin Company stating you had made payment for invoice in full. Yes I did tell you that I would file a Mecanics Lein on property because every once I a while I run across people like you that dont understand contracts.
