BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a 2007 Monte ***** on 8/9/2023 for $12k with a sticker on the car saying, "No accidents or damage reported to CARFAX". On 8/10/2023 I went back in to get the actual CARFAX and found that the car had not 1 but 2 accidents 1 being front end and the 2nd was rear end. I would have never purchased the car knowing that there were any accidents let alone 2. On 8/11/2023 I brought the car back in to return it due to the CARFAX not matching what was on the sticker on the car saying, "No accidents or damage reported to CARFAX". The owner told me he would give me $10k for the car. I argued that the CARFAX didn't match and there was damage on the bumper. He tried to school me what accidents and damage mean on CARFAX and included that his wife's Lexus was hit by a shopping cart and now it has damage reported on CARFAX. He asked to see the bumper and I showed it to him, and he told me it wasn't worth fixing but it was a really nice car which I agreed it was but the fast of the matter is false advertising and lying about clean CARFAX. He offered me another car, but I didn't want anything but my $12k back. I wrote a review on Frankfort Auto Haus's page warning other's about how they lie on the CARFAX and what a shady business they are running. On 8/28/2023 I send both an email and text asking again for my $12k back and the owner responded and said he thought about it and would buy back the car as long as I took my review down and I agreed. The car had ****** miles on it when I bought it and smelled like a cigar lounge, and I brought it to my mechanic, and he found multiple things broken due to corrosion and there was rust in the wheel area and gas tank cover along with bubbling on the side. I returned it with ****** miles and he reposted it for more than I paid with the same 64K miles loaded immaculate listing and showing ****** as a picture of the dashboard because if he took the actual picture, you would see the actual mileage and the tire light on.
